Well I dunno if any of ye saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind but I hope it cleans up here - amazing performances from Carrey and Winslett and an absoluely clever, touching and unforgettable movie - if you haven't seen it do!

As for tv i hope the Sopranos cleans up.....even though i thought this season was the weakest since the series began...

Go, go, go, Ian Mcshane in Deadwood.

(Not that I watch it, but it keeps hubby quite for a bit on a Tuesday night, and Ian McShane is a bit of a lush)

Dol.......

The Academy Awards are the Oscars - they only award the film industry.

The Golden Globe Awards - award film and television (oh and can I just say loved Nip/Tuck...was gutted I missed the very last episode so if anyone out there can tell me what happened I will be truely grateful....oh and Julian...phwoooar!)

The BAFTAS - they have seperate award ceremonies for Film and Television and their film one is far more honest and less political than the Oscars.

There are lots of other award ceremonies but these are the main ones.

Oh, I hope Johnny Depp wins for the actor, he should have won for Pirates of the Caribbean. I have still to see Finding Neverland. I hope to see it over the Festive Period.
