How many in your Email inbox?

Your inbox should never have more than 5 items in it when you switch off at night

Your desktop should have no more than one line of icons

how many of you can say that?

Me too - I delete everything, I don't keep emails unless they're absolutely vital... and I have four icons on my desktop at work and two on my home computer...

Unfortunately despite this I am still very unorganised and generally confuddled Big Grin

On average 1200 in the inbox, (circa 50-70mb)

200 in the sent

I'm at about 2.5gb in my archives with I don't even want to know how many

I have 28 icons/shortcuts but about 6 relate to work specific software progs and about 12 to specific work related folders

Am I missing something here? What do you mean you 'should have'

just opened mine and I have 137 new emails, nearly all for penis enlargement patches, ciallis / viagra and canadian pharmacies...

it's my work email so I can't block delete in case there's legitimate emails in there somewhere.

:ranting:

Isle of W, who says what we should or shouldn't have?

I don't like much in my in-box, only stuff I've still got to reply to and can't be arsed.

I usually have two lines of icons, dunno why, most of which I don't use, on my home PC, but my work one has three rows, all of which I use all the time.

I pretty much always delete my e-mails, so don't have that many left.

But as for my desk top, I dread to try and count them. I've got loads of icons, and most of them I hardly use.

I have just 'caught up' my e-mail box and it has 480 items in it...I have OCD and hoard stuff, get over it. The medicine and the weather and the moon will be in conjunction one day soon and I'll delete about 2/3's of it...maybe.

Icons, we have icons on desktop. I've never heard this crap...where has this info come from?? Sounds like crazy-talk.

I guess I'm Cornish...
