In The Garden Of Eden Baby

Hi chaps,

Thanks for the PMs, I would have replied to them individually but a) there were so many because obviously I'm so incredibly popular, and b) I can't afford the time or the money.

So it'll have to be a general round up.

To cut a long story short, I came out of the jungle a month back, did a Spanish course in Guatemala, now I'm back in Belize staying in the poorest district of Toledo in a village called Santa Elena with no electricity or running water. My meals consist of tortillas, cabbage, chicken and coffee. We have a luxury waterfall where my teaching partner and I go after school to drink vodka and coconut juice. So it's all rather jolly really.

I'm teaching the six year olds, and they're all rubbish at English. However they call me sir, so I forgive them. I'm in a place called Placencia at the moment with all the other volunteers; we're getting wrecked this evening then we have to find a way back into our village which might be slightly impossible. I will be teaching for two months more, then I'm free, free as a bird. To travel some more. El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras and Mexico I think.

WHO KNOWS.

Anyway, hope all is well here, and I'll pop in from time to time if I have the chance. Oh cruel fate etc etc.

cheerio!

Great to hear from you again Scoobs. Glad you're still having a great time! I hope you've been taking plenty of pics for us?
