Jelly

I made an orange jelly last night, and I can't stop thinking about it.

I havent had jelly for years and I'd forgotten how fabulous it is, all wobbly and clear and sexy.

If cockney has sullied it I may have to kill him as there's nothing like being the first to break into a new fresh jellly.

I am very excited and can't wait to get home.

Don't you think though that jelly has to be the absolute right consistency.

Too runny and it is like snot and too thick it is just unpleasant and rubbery.

I always cook with wine, and sometimes I actually put it in the food.

LOL Buzz - my eldest gags on it every time, he tries so much to like it and the flavour is the thing that makes him keep trying, but it is the texture.

I would like a full blown report of Floops orange jelly consistency if she doesn't mind!

With all that in mind.....I would say LIME jelly would be the hardest one to eat.....what with the colour and everything....

I have every faith that it will be perfect, in a firm but soft kind of way.

If it's successful I might attempt stripey jelly next, or a jelly within a jelly.

Oh the possibilities are endless. :w00t:

done a stripey one but how the dickens does you do a one within a one - I know it can be done with balloons - but jelly? I wonder would big blowing be involved?? hmmmm ... I am off to think.
