Multiple Quoting

I know this has been explained many times but I still don't get it.
Can someone please give me a clear step-by-step guide on how to do it?

Ok first click on the quote button on the first quote you want to quote - If that makes sense

To then quote another post, you cut the text that you want to post click on the little quote icon (last one just above the reply box) paste the text in there click ok and that should be it

Try that out !!!

Oh......

Ok you can quote one post ! so just do that first and reply to it

Then next thing to do is find the next post you want to post, copy the text.

Go back to the reply box and type
paste your text and then type
with no space inbetween the e & the ] that will be your second quote and then you can reply to that....

Any clearer?

But once you've quoted the first post and replied, surely you have to post it so that you can find the next post to quote or do you mean to quote the first post, write a reply to it then scroll down, whilst still in the reply page to where all the other posts are and copy the text from that bit instead of the actual thread? Cos this bit only shows you the last 10 or so posts, so what if the next post you wanted to quote isn't there?

What I do PJ, is either open a new window so I have the other post to hand, or copy it before I start the post.

Let's hope this has worked.

Tremendous!

Just one thing, you know the first quote says (originally posted by ilovesurvivor), well is there any way of getting any of this on the 2nd thing that you quote?
