Poll: What should be engraved on my ipod?
out of line and indivisible, a crow left of the murder
you are the light, that's leading me
i'm worse at what i do best, and for this gift i feel blessed
you are the strength that keeps me walking
you calm the storms, and you give me rest
how can I stand here with you, and not be moved by you
just my real name to personalise it
you still my heart and you take my breath away
engraving is crap, don't bother
other, please see below

My Ipod

I am getting an Ipod next week, and I have the option of having it engraved. I was thinking of having some lyrics from some of my favourite songs on it.

Engraving is free and can only be done once.

I have listed some of my options, let me know what you think is best and why.

Maybe you have some suggestions of your own, if so I'd be willing to hear them.

They must be 27 characters on first line,
and 27 characters on second line.

Maybe you think getting it engraved is a bad idea.

Maybe I should just have something like my real name in full on it, just in case it get's lost.

What do you think?

I personally think it is a bad idea purely because in a few years time, it might not be your favourite song anymore!

Ok then, so what about just putting my name on it, it is virtually invisible, and on the back so it wouldn't stand out.

What about if you wanted to sell it in the future, wouldn't that make it difficult?

Doesn't look like any of your choices would fit then?

That aside, the one I like best is engraving is crap don't bother, that would look quite nice engraved on an iPod.

Actually I heard on the radio the other day that iPod's really are junk - they have a shelf life of only 18 months. Designer madness!
