Over rated/Overpaid.

Hello survivors,

Many years ago, too many to mention, the question of overpaid and sometimes over-rated ;- entertainers, footballers, tv presenters, pop artists, mps' ect became the focus of a televised open debate.

The major issue also prevalent at the time were wage increases not keeping pace with inflation and the fixing of wage increases. :fireman:

This onslaught brought about the subject of actually fixing incomes so that they couldn't exceed a certain figure. This policy deservedly failed.

However, in light of this do you feel that all who work in the categories listed above should have fixed incomes because at present a limited few seem over-paid.

I refer here to those who appear constantly in the pages of the populist media, as living life to the full and beyond, but have contracts in excess of 70 million pounds. I'm sure we could all think of some here?

Is it also possible that this is another definition of over-rated? :smartie:

If so do you think that the common people deserve a better deal not just because ooh we live in an unfair world, and its a pity its not us having all that dosh, or because you think it is about time that our wages were levied reasonable.

What say you? Don't be cautious have your say!

Northern angel.

Over rated/Overpaid.
If they can get the money, good luck to them.

The basis for deciding whether it is merited would be too subjective to be fair.
