She's Leaving Home

...with a hefty pay-off I imagine.

Quote:Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his second wife Heather Mills are to separate after four years of marriage, the couple confirmed in a statement on Wednesday, blaming media intrusion for the split.

Never saw that one coming

I feel sorry for Paul but there was nearly 30 years between them so its obvious they wanted different things. She will get around £200 Mill pay off though, nice work if you can get it, bet the kids are cracking the champers!

I think its a shame for Paul. Everyone else thought the relationship was doomed due to the massive age gap - but he obviously loved her. Im sure he wanted to meet someone to get old with. Now he will be alone again.

Maybe they will be able to patch things up as i think they are having a trial separation.

From what i have read, Paul wanted someone like Linda. Someone who would never leave his side. Heather on the other hand was independant, and she didnt like being in Macca's shadow. She wanted to continue with her pet trading campaign rather than sit in eating take aways and warming his slippers by the fire.

I'm not perfect, but im so close it scares me

I'd say she's got what she wanted :glare:

As you say, nice work if you can get it!

This woman has always left a nasty taste in my mouth..for all the good she has done for limb replacement all I can recall is her story in news of the world of how she shagged her boyfriend behind the screen in her hospital bed days after her amputation......fair doos...but apart from getting money for it, is there another reason why people make up these things? I made my opinion there and then.

I will never judge anyone else for there motives...but I'm afraid to say I really do think Paul has for the first time in his life been taken for a ride.

SHE IS GOING TO BE FRIGGIN LOADED!

Do you think this has occured to her in her enormous grief.....???

For
"she wants to spend more time supporting her chosen charities and he wants her to spend more time at home."

read
"she can't keep up the pretense any longer and can't stand being around a 64year old bloke any longer and has done enough to make him believe that she really loved him (not least producing a child - well done), so she throws herself into charridy work to try to make everyone think what a wonderful, hard working woman she is."

Don't like her - never have, but McCartney was a silly prat and walked straight into it with his eyes wide open.
