The World Cup
I love the World Cup and will be watching every match I can. Last time we even had a telly at work and made all the under 5s watch it. Where was the last world cup held? As I seem to remember watching an England match at about 9.30am, during milk time...

The World Cup
I like the world cup and even took half day last year to watch one of England's matches!

I love the patriotism it inspires and how one nation comes together under the football umbrella, few other things we have unite us quite so strongly I feel.

I'm not a football fan, the offside rule is a complete mystery to me but I do like watching the world cup games.

I wonder if Haydon might give us a section for it? where all things world cup could be discussed from which referree is the biggest **** to which footballer has the nicest legs, to which was the worst case of gamesmanship through to which football team has the nicest coloured strip!!

i for one would enjoy that! Haydon what do you say?!

I shall be watching all the England matches. I do remember during the last world cup they delayed the school start time so that the kids could stay at home and watch the match, which is a great idea as they would all have been late anyway.

Oh, no. It's purely for the football.

Rugby's much better for perving, trust me. Wink

The World Cup
i worked in a factory for the last world cup and they showed all the big games in the canteen first thing in the morning. it was quite a bonding session for all involved ... shame they didn't let us have a few beers too!

As this year's world cup is in Germany I'm guessing that a lot of the games will start around midday.
