spreading the news from young to old

Food for thought from the new discoveries thread - I learned of the text to landline from a 12 year old girl. Another thing I learned from someone so young, was the details of a particularly horrible murder. Some children/young adults have their ear to the ground.

What have you learned from the younger generation? ( I love writing that phrase!)

How to download 'things' on Limewire from my Grandson last weekend. Hell, but I am having a ball finding all my old faves I only have on plastic, and popping them to disc!

I learned how to make scoubidous from my young neices - and now I am in constant demand for Scoubi-parties!! I am the life and soul of 7 year old girl parties - dontcha know??

I always cook with wine, and sometimes I actually put it in the food.

... i only came online to visit Delia's site for tips on how to season a frying pan ...

It's ben a big craze with kids over here msgirl - bracelets, key-rings and so on. Some schools had to ban them apparently because they were taking over
