Aww Kookie, thats a lovely thing to do for your boyfriend.

as for the tickets I've no idea, but at a guess I would imagine "floor standing" means whoever gets there first gets to the front and probably alot of jumping about involved.
So if your bf is into the mosh pit then, yeh go with the floor standing ticketsSmile

Yeh, you see, there I am showing my age. When you mentioned the Streets, I have heard of them but have no idea of what they sing. But I'm sure I must have heard some of the songs on the radio.

OK, I'll just shut up now, and take no notice of my ramblings:laugh:

A lot of the younger people like standing but you have to get there very early to be at the front so they are able to see. With seats, you are allocated a seat, so you don't have to get there early....

Kooks go for standing tickets! I know it gets tiring after a while but I was standing for a concert in the Carling Academy in Glasgow once and it was great. I hate sitting down at concerts - I might as well be sitting at home watching it on TV. At least when Im down the front, standing, looking up, I feel part of it! You cannae beat it!

And PS - the Streets are good you silly girl!

If you want the best sound, go in the mosh pit at the back centre, at least you can move around a bit get the best accoustics,,,depends on the venue and setup.

Seats are best for the view, its potluck really.

Have fun
