I am sad to see her go, there is just something about that lady!

I was also so pleased the way she praised Brigitte, saying she was gonna sort out Sly when she saw him for having let her go, and that she got on well with her. Pity Brigitte doesn't see it that way, she and the others think Brigitte was the saint - I saw it differently.....................

Jeremy better watch out as well.
When Jackie saw him in the diary room talking about her, she said "what did he say" and Davina replied that she would see it all later.
I have a feeling Jackie may be onto her lawyers pretty quick.

I shall miss the old boiler.
She gave as good as she got, she laughed at herself, and she made me laugh, which is more than most.
I suppose John will sulk for a day or two now.

She gave one of the best interviews I've seen from any BB contestant. She actually seemed quite interesting and able to string a few words together and she didn't care what she said. She was also spot on about most of them.

I have to say I'm not convinced about the rift being healed between her and Brigitte - how can that happen in five days of intense scrutiny after not seeing each other for 17 years and what with Brigitte only being married to Sly for 18 months and Sly not giving any of his side? .... all that is just crap.

But the rest of the interview was class - I was getting a bit worried that they might show her some of the really unkind things that were said about her behind her back as she didn't deserve that.

Well done to Jackie - she brought an odd mixture of naviety and knowing to the programme that is sadly lacking in the others who know the score off by heart and where each and every single camera and mirror is!!

I will miss her. ....but I'm glad John is still suffering!!!

I agree wholeheartedly Dolores. You're so insightful.

As for Davina, she's gone down in my estimation after her attempts to put down, ridicule and discredit Jackie in the interview.

at the risk of posting antoher "I agree" post between the two of us Max!! I also agree about Davina - who I usually rate quite highly - she was naff. Her last two interviews with strong mind intelligent people (jackie and Germaine) have really shown up her lack of skill in this area. She's much better with the single syllable answers.

Poor show Davina. .... and she had those awful trousers on from the suit didn't she?!! Doesn't she read our comments on here!!

Oh, I agree Dolores, those trousers were offensive in the extreme. Nice coat though.

On the subject of Davina, I have really quite disliked that woman since the last series of Big Brother.

In previous years, I'd always thought Davina was perfect for the show - kind and supportive to evictees, capable of hiding her own opinion of them and adept at encouraging answers out of them. But during the last proper Big Brother she turned completely nasty (E.g. her interviews with Vanessa and Jason). It's not necessary and it does her no favours.

Seems like she'd started as she meant to go on, as her manner seems no different now. And yes Dol, you're right - she really can't handle the strong, intelligent punters. She doesn't know what to do with them at all!. Mainly because she is as dense as a bowl of custard herself!

I'm afraid that these days, I think Davina is quite a nasty piece of work. Her main objective seems to be to ridicule, criticise and humiliate her "victims". Quite frankly, I think she is turing into the Anne Robinson of the future, and I can't stand that spiteful old harpie either!

end of rant!

I have never liked Davina to be honest, and this last week or so has totally nailed that opinion further. I think Annie would have done a much better job, haridan or not, she is a pro and would have the intellect to control a decent interview.

Davina is a BB **** licker. She defends BB to the end. I wonder if she gets paid more for that.

Davina can cope with the usual self obsessed "type" that enter the BB house, and I dont mean that to sound horrible, but it takes a certain type of person to put themselves up for being filmed 24/7 for public viewing, I couldnt do it! And these type of people are like Davina, so she has something in common with them, so she is more on their level, compared to Jackie, who has lived double Davina's years so has more than her lifetime in knowledge and how to "suss" people out, she hasnt been Hollywood Royalty forever, she came from humble beginnings too!

I think Jackie got the other HM's spot on, I also think she is more astute than she was given credit for....will be interesting to see what her LA Lawyers come up with from the footage....BB may have shot himself right in the foot here  :D

yea i always thought davina was so false when it comes to interviewing the bb folk. especially when its a housemate thats clearly not liked by the public and she doesnt really hide that anymore.

as for the coat, at least she wearing something other than black these days.

From a BB News site.............

Everyone but John and Jeremy waved her out the door, but only Lisa said she'd miss her and even that was none too sincere. Jeremy stood at the back of the group saying, "Open the door!"

++++++++++++++++++++++

The housemates have had an extended bitching session about their departed Housemate Jackie, with Jeremy, Lisa and John leading the chorus.

"She's a vile individual," said Lisa.

"She was so vile," agreed John.

"She's a f***ing bitch," said Jeremy. With feeling.

"You're right," said Lisa, like she'd come across a new angle. "She's a f***ing bitch." Rarely have the Housemates been in such unison.

And while Lisa sang, "The witch is dead, the wicked witch is dead," Jeremy related one of his encounters with her.

"When she came in, I lost it. She told me, 'Go f*** yourself, you piece of s***. You're worth nothing.' I think she's a f***ing witch. A vile person."
Even Jackie's favourite 'baby' Kenzie was pleased. "It's cool she's gone," he said.

Another thing the House was united on was how well Brigitte reacted to having her ex-mother-in-law arrive.

"If I had known I would never have come," she said.

"You're a star," John told her. "You behaved with dignity."

Jeremy thought she deserved a medal.

John, convinced he would have had his wish and been evicted if he had been up against any other individual, agreed.

"They should send in champagne. We have survived that creature."

And now they just need to survive each other.

Huh? Ive never seen this particular conversation reported by channel fours BB website or on any of the BB forums Ive read. Did Jackie really say that to Jeremy or is he doing what he always seems to do? which is exaggerate a scenario for effect....... eg. when Jackie went to the loo in the dark. She came back, negotiated the bedroom successfully and bumped into her door once as she missed the handle, then went to bed. According to Jeremy she was, "going around the bedroom, bashing into stuff like a pinball machine.... (shrieking hysterical laughter)".
We quite clearly saw on the live feed and on the highlights last night that Jackie did not bump into anything other than her own door, and thats only because she missed the handle.

Yes, it was said that way, I saw it on the live feed, and it is quoted on C4's website where I copied that from. I will find the link if you like Pan.

Jeremy also said that Jackie screaamed when she caught him in the shower, and that he screamed back at her - false, if you actually saw it.

He is a nasty vindictive liar just out for laughs at others expence, and those lies will come home to roost when he gets tossed out!

What I meant was that Ive never seen the footage of Jackie allegedly saying those things to Jeremy. I believe you totally that Jeremy repeated the conversation as youve reported - because, as you say, he is out for laughs at other peoples expense.
I was racking my brains trying to think of the other little "scenario" he lied about in order to get laughs at Jackies expense and be the centre of attention with his housemates, and you have just posted what it was. Jeremy stated that she screamed when she walked into the shower (it was quite clearly shown on the live feed that she walked in and said, "OH, what are you doing" and then walked past him, and he then said he turned around and screamed at her, which he quite clearly did not, he actually said, "having a shower" in answer to her question.

He such a typical show off isnt he? Full of himself and embroiders stories in order to get a cheap laugh at other peoples expense.

Im surprised Rachel Stevens stuck around for as long as she did, once you get past the fact that he is pretty, there is nothing else likeable about the man. He comes across as arrogant, not very pleasant, full of himself and a right poser.
