Been taking a look around some other BB sites, and no one can understand why Jackie has been booted before John, most think like we do here, she was funny, and fun, and they wanted her to stay as they saw she was no threat at all to Brigitte.

Some now think BB realised they had made an huge error in inviting her in, and have 'manipulated' her out on the first vote to save the show, and their a**es being sued.

I think there may be something in this - what do you think?

do you think that most people have got so used to voting people out that they didn't realise that the voting system has changed?
You now vote to keep them in, I have only seen the numbers once at the end of yesterdays show. I bet peeps were voting to evict John, not realising that they were keeping him in!

That's a valid point too Bob, they did say that it was 1/3 for one of them and 2/3 for the other - I'd have bet it would have been closer somehow!


I still think it was more than likely a foregone conclusion even before anyone voted, they were too scared to keep her in there. The whole thing was a huge mistake, and I'm not talking about Brigitte either. As is being said on another forum - wait til Sly sees the tapes of this, and God help them all!

But I dont think the voting was rigged - Jackie had her moments with her one liners and bizarre comments, but I think we would prefer to watch John suffer and be a rude sexist pig than watch Jackie doing sweet FA! She is from another world compared to the other HM's.

I didnt realise the voting was the other way round, so there could be a reasonable explaination for it perhaps going wrong....

Im glad for Jackies sake that she is out - I think BB DID put her in there to see if it would kick off, and Im glad that her and Brigitte didnt give BB the satisfaction - Jackie is an old lady, she is someones mother and grandmother, even she does look a little odd, she should be respected not ridiculed!

I don't think it was a fix, but not sure about people not knowing what they were doing. It could be that they made a mistake and voted someone out rather than in. Or it could just be that everyone wanted to save John! It's just that they are not admitting to it. :laugh:

I never said I disagreed, and nor do I. I never voted and had no real opinion either way. I have been reading other sites, and picked up on what a few of them are saying, they could be right in their assumption as far as I see.


This is the first BB I have ever watched - I was always a pure Survivor fan, and enjoyed IACGMOOH so thought I would have a go with this. I do think this is the nastiest of them all to be honest, and feel anything is possible.

well, i did wonder why jackie was up for nomination so quickly? i thought her being late in would give her a settling in time period?

as for jackie and her lawyers, isnt bb quite a big tv company so anything jackie can afford so can they? plus wouldnt they have thought of this before so maybe they made jackie sign a contract with a clause that she cant sue them or the housemates no matter what? coz obviously they did put her in to cause fireworks as they approached her. one thing i wonder is, whether the bb reps did lie about the huge estate and her living with britains bright minds? i wouldnt put it past any pr peeps to tell a porky or two.
