When I heard this I immediately thought of Judy because of the remarks she made about Jackie on Friday. It was a real LOL moment because I don’t think Judy is the bitchy type, she just blurted out that she can’t stop looking at the line of stitches running from her ear round her neck! :blink: I had notice the stitches have anyone else?

I’m going to enjoy Richard’s up close and personal interview approach with Jackie!

Anyone know the secret of why Richard and Judy are so popular? Cos it's got me beat!

I never watch them, I am a born and bred Phil and Fern fan anyhow!

Before I went back to work (5 years ago) I did enjoy watching them. I can only put it down to the bickering. Being a couple and working 5 days a week
together it did spill over..usually Richard getting annoyed at Judy.

I can remember one occasion they were doing a slot about jelly, or the cook had just made one..anyway...there was this HUGE jelly on the table and Judy kept nudging the table to make the jelly wobble. She started to get the giggles and Richard got more and more annoyed.

"WILL YOU STOP WOBBLING THE JELLY" he cried
"but its so funny" laughs Judy.
"Pathetic" he mutters and they move to a break.

I larfed very much.

BUT I much prefer Phil and Fern. Nothing what so every to do with the fact that I fancy the pants off Phil, oh no.

Well I must be a diehard Richard and Judy fan!! I love em - and watch most nights [thanks for the Max - I will be watching].

I like the programme because it is pretty topical and right up to date - they do make me cringe sometimes - I look upon them as sort of parent figures [although I am nearly as old as them] - but I do cringe at some of the idiotic things Richard comes out with. But he is a great interviewer and is not afraid to ask 'that' question.

I just know that Monday's interview will be hysterical.

I will have to remember this and watch, I dont normally watch them, I struggle with old Dickie........ever since Alaistair McGowans Big Impression I get confused as to whether it really IS Dickie or if its a pee take........ I think Dickie brushes up on his interview technique by watching DVD's of Alan Partridge for tips!

I will rush home from work to catch this. I am not a big fan of Richard and Judy but the worst thing they did was to defect to C4 as no-one really watches their programme (especially when it clased with Paul O'Grady). They were very popular in their heydey though but everyone has a shelf life. She has aged so badly though and he still looks reasonably boyish. Horrid I know but its the truth.

Well, poor love, she lives with him doesn't she?!!

So what did she have to say?
Jackie's interview went well I thought, but I was surprised to hear her say that she didn't know Brigitte was going to be in the house because i thought I heard her say [in the house] that she did know. I suspect Jackie is telling a few porkies or to be kinder is being flamboyant with the truth.
If she really didn't know about any of it then it is appalling

Jackie is an old woman, with very few brain cells anyway, but what is left is not too bright. She has just fabricated a lovely story in her head - and is sticking to it - so she is the victim. She absolutely believes herself - and that is that. She was ridiculous and despite her age, I don't like her.

Germaine I did see also - although I was stir frying some prawns at the time so it was quite noisy. She said nothing that she hadn't already said before - I don't think. She is firmly of the belief that BB is evil - oh she did say she perhaps would not have been so sympathetic towards Brigette if she knew that Bridgett had been on 4 other reality shows - and was perfectly capable with dealing with whatever they threw at her - ie Jackie!!

Oh yes! I knew she had done a couple, but I am dammed sure that if Germaine says she has done 4, then Germaine has been doing her homework!

I have been wary of Brigitte just knowing she's done 2, but 4???? The woman is a pro, the rest better watch out!

I saw some of "This surreal life" on MTV the other day... Bridgette was in it, it was a bit crap.

I saw Jackie on R&J and he was sucking up as per. I felt sorry for her actually as the press had slated her and called her a freak show compared her to Miss Piggy and said she had lips like sausages, I know she has done all this to herself but as I have said before everyone probably looks like her in La La land and it must be very hurtful to read that kind of stuff about yourself in the papers. I don’t think she realised the venom of the British press! Missed Germaine but not bothered, she has been forgotten about, she took herself far too seriously and what did her walk out achieve? – nothing.
