My evening is going to be a tad strange.

Mr.B has a meeting with his driving instructors as two out of the three are threatening to leave as they arent busy enough :( Things are tough for all instructors at the moment though, and the phone isnt ringing. Its a complete bummer though as we have just forked out £1000 for the latest Yellow Pages advert, so we will be out of pocket if they leave.

Anyway - i have to keep out of the way as im a mouthy cow and will speak my mind, so i will stay upstairs with the animals and watch tv.

Hopefully then he will buy us a takeaway as it will be about 8:30 and we wouldnt have had dinner yet ;)

Tonight, my small person and I will be watching fireworks, then she'll be going to bed and I'll be getting quietly ****ed watching telly and chilling wit ma homies. Well, you lot :D

Mr.B and i have discovered the sleep inducing miracle which is a hot milky drink before bed !!! I have a drinking choccie, and he has Horlicks - which he has to share with two of my cats as they adore it. Its sure knocks you out, and we have been sleeping like babies.

I'm taking my eldest son to the local college to have a look around as it is their open evening......

I'm off to practise for an old folks concert I've been roped in to. It's to do with my ladies circle and they do this every year and with being a newbie to the circle this is my first concert. I watched that too Bella. I had a good night last night. I got home to find hubby at the station waiting to take me home. Cooked a fabby meal, and had a bath, and then watched 'About a Boy' which i had seen before but a long time ago. I felt all warm and glowey afterwards :)

I am a bit excited about tonight. I have some dreadful news to impart ot our Benefice Forum and I cannot wait. It is not dreadful news to me or a few others but the older ones are going to pap their Y's. They think that they are going to send 6 representatives to interview our new incumbent [Vicar] when one is appointed. But alas, as it is the turn of the Crown to choose them - we have no say at all. Which for the younger members is great news, as it is likely to be a woman. But the older, more stuck in their ways want a man - oh and all the other issues will out no doubt, ie racial and homophobic issues.

Hope they don't shoot the messenger??

I've just come back from my body shop party. I spent £21.50! There was only seven of us and four of them were lesbian couples. I think I was only invited as a token straight! Nice evening though and nice to see old friends who I haven't seen for a while. Half way through I realised that I work with mother of the lady who was the demonstrator. It's a very very small world in our town!

I'm going out for something to eat (probably in a pub) and then going to the cinema to see the new Bridget Jones Flick :)

I normally go to college on a Tuesaday night, but yesterday when I got home I couldn't get into my house, one of the locks was jammed. I also had a letter from the agents telling me that a plumber would be coming at 6pm becasue there was water pouring out of the outflow. So the plumber couldn't get in either. I suspect that someone tried to get in but didn't have the right keys, but no one is admitting to it. Had to break the door in. So now I'm stuck in waiting for a plumber and a locksmith :glare:

I'm meeting up with my friend Wendy tonight for dinner. I haven't seen her for ages. It's my fault too that we haven't got together, so to apologise for being a rubbish mate, tonight's on me.

I've booked this really lovely restaurant and am drooling at the thought of it. :)

Been to an art exhibition already and met friends for drinks on an empty stomach....I love the weekends.

had maccie D's for tea (I dont "do" cooking on Fridays), so have been catching up with my emails......

now I have just poured a very, very, very, large :drinking: baileys over ice, rolled a smoke and settling in for a gas with you guys :D

Working till 0800 tomorrow, sorry at work til then :(

Hubby is going fishing tonight straight from work, so I am on my own with the kids.

I shall feed them, bath them, pack them off to bed and settle down to an evening of CBB and ER:cool2:

I am cooking a steak dinner for Lewies birthday - he was 18 yesterday, (his Mom and co took him out for lunch before he went on a bender with his mates - he wasnt home when we left for work, so must have been a good night!!!!) and then I plan to do NOWT apart from veg in front of the tv!!!!

Nothing planned so a evening in front of the TV watching 2 episodes of Corrie & then Celeb Big Brother!

Im just about to leave work, and then ill have a fun packed trip (not) around Tescos. What a bore - but it needs doing tonight as i havent got any chores to do at home, but tomorrow i have loads (in preparation of the family coming over).

When i get home ill cook something simple, and then curl up in the front of the TV.

I have nothing planned so I think I might catch up on my ironing :bored:

Cheers Bella, I am sure I will. The mum is really nice & I also get on really well with my son's g/f (she is a lovely girl, I couldn't hope for a nicer girl than her for my boy)

Tonight i have to take Bailey to the vets for his 2nd jabs, and then two weeks after that we can finally go for walkies :)

Unfortunately he has a really bad ear infection. I couldnt bring my appointment forward so we have been bathing them in cooled boiled water with a teeny bit of salt. His ears a right mess and he scratches constantly. They also smell horrible :sick:

After that we shall come home, stick the dinner on and watch TV. What an exciting life i lead :mellow:

Unfortunately i think it will take a while. Although he only started scratching on Saturday the vet said it was the worst ear infection he had ever seen. He had to have an antibiotic injection, ear drops (that are like custard), and tablets (gawd knows what they are) twice a day.

Also the little poppet had conjunctivitus (sp) brought on by the ear infection :blink:

Tonight I am going out with a few mums from the school to a lovely wee Tapas restaurant. The food is fab and the owner is quite a character and best of all, I don't have to get up early to prepare for going to school! Hurrah!

Awww thanks for asking (cue Bonnies fav subject :cool: ). He is adorable thanks. He is suffering with an ear / eye infection at the mo and is on tablets and drops - but he is back to his old playful self, and driving us up the wall with his sheer zest for life :p

Ohhh you lot and your ironing........you make me feel guilty because I dont do it unless I really have to.......

I have taught the kids to fold everything neatly or hang it up as soon as it comes out of the tumble dryer, that way you dont have to :thumbsup: .......Im such a lazy mare when it comes to ironing :laugh:

Even now im a laydeeeeeeeee of leisure I cant bring myself to do it!

Isis - a lot of my clothes thankfully dont need ironing. My work tops / trousers dont need it, which is a blessing.

But i still have loads of sweatshirts, T-shirts and jogging bottoms / Jeans to do :huh:

Yep - im up for synchronised ironing. I prefer ironing whilst watching something good on TV, it tends to make the time go quicker.

I only iron things I really have to Isis, as I hate ironing. Luckily the boys have a lot of sports clothing, which doesn't have to be ironed.

hey....I don't iron for the fun of it.......and I have learnt nothing from expereicne either...I always let it get to the size of a small child and then spend hours swearing whilst doing it.

On the other hand.....it is not unheard of if I leave it long enough....Mr Buzz will do it all :w00t:

Tonight i have to register with my local doctors, which involves a grilling from the nurse. I have to discuss prior problems, be weighed and take a urine sample !!!

Then i will go home, take the woofer out for a walk, and slob in front of the TV.

Cockney registered with my doctors last week - he had to go to the nurse for a healthcheck thingy.

She told him he was fine, but his blood pressure was a little low, so he had to drink 2 pints of guinness a week :blink: . He was very pleased.

My brother is coming round for the night, so no doubt numerous bottles of wine will be consumed. booooo

tonight we're off out the back garden to the workshop to finish a cross for a friend of ours' brother's grave.

Tonight I've been out to Asda, not very exciting I know, but I've been in the house all week with the kids, haven't been out for ages and at 8pm tonight my brain process lead me to Asda.

Had a very peaceful time, no kids running around, mine or anyone else's and just wandered around looking at loads of stuff.

But I have a confession to make. Paid for all my stuff, went out to the car and packed it all in the boot, then went to take the trolley back to the car park trolley station thingy and saw something shiny in the trolley.
It was only the new necklace and earrings I bought, but I hadn't bought them, they had been in the trolley all the way through the cash till. I hadn't paid for them :ohmy:
What did I do......got straight in the car and drove out the car park. :blush:

My blood pressure was a wince too high, so i have to go back in a month to have it done again. I have always had high blood pressure, so i doubt it will be any lower.
