Following on from my finding a site of an old night club I used to frequent when I lived in Sheffield
If you haven't seen already here's the link
...http://www.rockreunited.co.uk/ Click on the link The Limit.

I wondered where everybody else used to go when they were younger, were you a goth, a punk, a mod or a disco diva.
Can you find any pictures/links to the clubs and pubs you used to go in.
Or even better any photo's of you on a night out on the pull.

For all you younger ones, are there any links/pictures of where you go out for a boogie.
Are you a raver or a rapper or a chav:laugh:

Have fun.

Andrea - I was a disco diva :bye:

I use to go to clubs called, The Pink Coconut, Busby's & The Suite in Brighton most weekends and several times during the week.

They are all still nightclubs I think , but with different names but I have no idea what they are called now!

Sometimes the past is best left in the past and for me this is an instance of this

Oh gosh Andrea. Now you're talking about searching the old memory bank.

I had a friend who lived in Romford and we used to go to the Ilford Palais and Room at the Top, which I think was in Romford. We also used to go on a coach to some club in South End on Sea, but I can't remember it's name.

Did the whole dancing round the handbag malarkey, and slow dance and grope at the end of the evening. I had to get them really drunk before I could try that though.

Also visited the Hippodrome on occasion and even went to Stringfellows once - both highly overrated, not to mention overpriced.
