View Full Version : What is your tipple? ils 30-01-2005, 12:14 AM I think we had this on the previous forum but now we are lucky enough to have some lovely new members, I thought I would ask, what is your favourite drink? Islandman 30-01-2005, 01:31 AM I chose other...TEQUILA!!! 1 tequila, 2 tequila, 3 tequila, FLOOR! Fee For All 30-01-2005, 01:45 AM Gin, neat. It's the bubbles in the tonic wot make you drunk:wink2: Voice of reason 30-01-2005, 10:32 AM I don't drink alcohol, I don't like it and it doesn't like me, so we tend to avoid each other! Funnily enough I find it bothers other people much more than it does me and people at social events/gatherings often spend several minutes trying to persuade me to have a glass of wine. It amazes me, I mean, I don't smoke either but folk generally accept this and never spend time trying to get me to smoke! Buzz 30-01-2005, 10:40 AM I chose vodka, but would like to add, lager, wine - white not red, and baileys to that please. My mood decides the drink really........ Flyo 30-01-2005, 10:52 AM A nice bear for me... or maybe vodka... Cat 30-01-2005, 11:13 AM beer followed by wine - usually red in the winter and a crisp cold white in the summer. Jennifer Ellison 30-01-2005, 11:17 AM A nice bear for me A bear! Well there's a drink I've never heard of - is that what youths are drinking nowadays? I really must catch up. There's only so much Now! Magazine will tell you really. When I'm out with the girls it has to be London Pride. Looking at me you wouldn't think it would you? But truth be told, it's actually fantastic for the skin and rarely results in a hangover! That's a top beauty tip from Jennifer Ellison (BA Hell's Kitchen). THANKS! Jennifer Ellison (BA Hell's Kitchen) PJ 30-01-2005, 11:49 AM I chose beer but on a night out my choice of tipple covers a wide range at the bar! kimmy 30-01-2005, 12:00 PM I love a nice pint of Grolsh, however my favourite tipple for when I go out is Malibu & coke with ice :) Kittencat 30-01-2005, 01:15 PM Well, my absolute fave is a White Russian cocktail, but I also love Tia Maria and Baileys. Expensive tastes, me. Cheekychops 30-01-2005, 01:17 PM Am a vodka & Coke lover myself even if it does give me Vodka legs the next day. Am also quite partial to the occasional Peach Schnapps & Lemonade (my fella tells me this makes me very fruity  )Yummy!. Morgan Spice & Coke another fav of mine also. Ooh err all this talk of alcohol making me quite thirsty :) Take Care ils 30-01-2005, 01:24 PM I chose vodka, as at the moment Vodka & diet coke is my tipple. But I also like Bacardi & diet coke, malibu & pineapple juice, baileys, white wine (never red), a bottle of bud or stella, a neat brandy, brandy & babycham or a glass of champers. Not at all keen on French plonk and you can stuff your Eastern European stuff! Will also neck Chianti or Montepulciano if push comes to shove. Nothing too expensive mind - I wouldn't spend more than £5 a bottle normally (unless it's a special occasion and then I might splash out and spend £8! ) Cockney 30-01-2005, 06:21 PM That is soooooooooooo not true, I don't touch Gin or Whiskey and I wouldn't ruin a good brandy with Coke! :drinking: my bad http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_3_13.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNxdm22755GB) Cockney 30-01-2005, 06:29 PM I am strictly a red wine girl - I love Rioja, but I quite like South American or Australian Cabernets as well.
