This is a thread for us all to post about the little things that we treat ourselves to, either because we don't have anyone to treat us, or for the little things our partner would never dream of getting us!

Today I treated myself to, a new tigger backpack, 2 pairs of silver earings, a sparkley navel bar and a 'little miss naughty' vest & shorts....

I do believe what we are seeing here is the Spathiphyllum or more commonly known as the Peace Lilly. They are notourious for their quench...most plants will last a day or too thursty but not the peace lilly...water me or I die. Which does seel slightly contrary to their name dosn't it?

But the waxy, smooth leaf does guide me more to the D. Deremensis (Janet Craig), part of the Dracaena group (yakka's are a popular strain). These plants are very hardy and require almost no attention. It must have been neglected for a very long time.

Well, ive treated myself to a bit of a shopping spree in the last couple of days

I have bought:

Two nice shirts for my party and i cant decide which to wear
A nice t-shirt which is just for me to wear normally
A REALLY cool pre-worn shirt from Beasley's based around Halloween and its got a vampire, mummy and witch on the back, and a hoody too
I have ordered two pairs of shoes worth £10.99 from Next
Bought two necklaces from Next that are quite Jamaican
Bought a jumper from River Island which is fashionable which is nice for a change
and a pair of Jeans that have rips in them, and were reduced from £39.99 to £10 just because the button to do them up was missing

So, quite a good couple of days really!

I have had a bit of a spree on Avon online......

2 bras (1 black 1 white)
foundation
face powder
lip gloss
"bling bling" stud earings
Then I went to Boots......

Olay anti wrinkle day cream
Olay skin toner
Eyelash curlers
Colour for my hair - Cyber Violet (which is a deep purple and its FAB!)
Then yesterday we went to the garden centre and Mr Q (romantic as ever  ) bought me some new secateurs (sp?), some slug pellets and a couple of dozen packets of seeds for my newly dug (nearly killed me) borders......I have "got into" the gardening a bit more while Im not working, and I am looking forward to having a blaze of colour out there in the summer!

I tried to blag him into letting ME have a budgie Bonnie, but he said no
