Then... I asked my boss for the form I would need to sign out to inform the pay office of my new bank account and he gave me said form. Unfortunately that form only applied to travel and subsistance paymenst not wages and I found out too late that I had to simply write a letter to inform the pay office of my new bank details. Needless to say my wages bounced back to head office and I was without funds for ten days while they sorted the mess out...In went back to my old bank and complained and they said that I should have filled in a form with my new bank details as then they would have forwarded my wages direct to my new account! :evilmad: :ranting: Have you ever changed bank?
