What is the most shocking thing you have ever seen?

I can think of some nursing experiences like uncovering a woman's bandaged legs to see the leeches feeding away. However, funnily enough it is a film that shocked me most. "Seven" all I could think about was working in A&E while the guy (found about a year later in bed barely alive) arrived in. What would I do?

Can you swallow a raw egg?

Not tried.

Why would you swallow a raw egg?

dab
20-07-2005, 06:03 PM
Raw whole eggs are considered by some to be a good source of high-quality nutrients that many of us are deficient in, especially high-quality protein and fat. However, some people are allergic to them, and some catch salmonella from them (which is why I prefer organic eggs), and I think I've heard that they're bad for pregnant women, so please don't anyone go swallowing the things on my say-so... but I have one now and then.
