Anyone see this new series on BBC2?

The boys won the first challenge by selling all their flowers at a higher profit.

The girls were dumb and there is definate trouble ahead with some major personality clashes.

Ooh, Haydon, I wondered what this new bit of the forum was about.

From your description, I will have to investigate:D

I have heard of this before.

I posted something about it ages ago.
It's the British version of the American show, where the boss was Donald Trump and he soon was known for the catchphrase "You're fired"

I will take at look at this next week.
actually I'll have a look and see when it is next on.

I almost watched this, and then decided to watch the Grayson Perry thing about transvestites instead. I'll tune in next week though as it did look really good.

Didn't see it. Saw the first US series though. That was brilliant.

I saw this and would really recommend it, although I've heard that some think it not as good as the US version.

I couldn't believe how the girls' team managed to mess up the flower selling with their in-fighting. I'll be surprised if Mandy and Saira manage to make up in time for the next task.

The boys' team seemed to have one natural salesman - Tony - if it hadn't been for him I don't think the winning margin would have been nearly as big.

Mr Q and I were glued to this last night!!!!

I found Saira to be over bearing and too full of herself to be honest....if she had approached me with her bunch of lillies I would have shoved em where the sun dont shine for her.......so at the moment, I dont like her - so she is BOUND to win :glare::laugh:

The girls werent half as organised as the lads, but i think there are some pretty powerful women there and they are "sussing" out the others "weak and strong" points and forgetting to focus on the task in hand!

I am looking forward to watching the rest of it!

I missed it too. I meant to watch it cos i rather like Alan Sugar - good old fashioned no nonsense type of bloke imo!

does anyone know if it's repeated at all on any of the other BBC channels?

We're on our third season of this show over here. I love this show. I think it is such a clever concept, and the challenges are always quite fun to watch. Everytime I watch it, it makes me want to change my career path to marketing or something. lol.
