*Which team do you support?
Manchester United

*Which game/s that they were involved in, is/are etched on your memory?
The '85 FA Cup Semi-Final win over the then excellent Liverpool, followed by the 1-0 victory against the then very dangerous Everton, in the final itself.

The FA Cup Semi-Final versus Oldham (early '90's) - we were only seconds from defeat, when Hughesy popped up to bring us level and so send us into extra-time (the rest as they say, is history...). We then went went on to play Crystal Palace in a quite breathtaking final (Ian Wright was brilliant and caused us massive problems at the back, but somehow we managed to draw - in the replay, Jim Leighton was infamously dropped by Fergie and Les Sealey (wonderful goalkeeper, now sadly passed away) kept a clean sheet, which left the way open for Lee Martin (who??) to notch the winner with a fabulous strike.

The 2-1 European Cup Winners' Cup win against Barcelona (our first European final for yonks, and Hughesy scored against his old employers.....

90 minutes are up - Fergie checking his watch. 1-0 down at home to Sheffield Wednesday. No boards to indicate time remaining in those days so not many had a clue of how much time was going to be added on by the ref. We need the win to prevent handing Aston Villa (our rivals - and Norwich weren't too far behind either) the initiative in the race for the title, with only a handful of games remaining. Steve Bruce pops up with two amazing headed goals in quick succession. We're now 2-1 up and Fergie and Brian Kidd are now on the pitch, delirious.......as are many thousands of Reds fans inside OT - and even the one's listening in on the radio commentary, like myself, are going hysterical.....
The ref had added on 7 minutes to the 90 (thanks ref!), and we went on to lift our first title trophy in 26 years.......wonderful!

The 2-1 FA Cup Semi-Final win over Arsenal in the same season that we won the European Champions League (1998/99) - Ryan Giggs scored a wonder-goal in extra-time, and Peter Schmeichel saved a last minute penalty in normal time from Dennis Bergkamp, that would have ultimately sent us crashing out and thus missing out on that amazing treble success.

The 2-1 European Champions League Final win over Bayern Munich. Only a matter of minutes left in the game with the German's 1-0 up - they were already celebrating on the sidelines when Teddy Sheringham popped up with the crucial equalizer. Now sensing that they were totally shellshocked, and a complete mess at the back, we went in for the kill, and good old Ole Solskjaer grabbed that famous winner to leave the German's dazed, confused, and thumping the pitch with their fists........
Peter Schmeichel's final appearance for United.:( (would have been great to have had Cantona sharing in that occasion too)

The recent 4-2 win over our bitter rivals Arsenal at Highbury. We were quite amazing in the 2nd half.....

*Who is your all-time favourite player for your team, and why?
King Eric - he was a pure genius, a wonderful character, and fantastic influence on the team - especially the youngsters such as Scholes, Beckham, Giggs, etc

*If your team disintegrated (heaven forbid) which team would you switch to?
Brighton & Hove Albion

*Which team/s do you dislike, and why?
Liverpool (bitter rivals), Arsenal (bitter Rivals)

*If you have ever attended one of your team's matches, who was your first ever game contested between, and what was the score?
The first ever game that I attended at OT was the 4-1 win over Arsenal back in 1988/89. It was the opening game of the season and we had a few new signings on the pitch. Neil Webb was among them, and he scored a wonderful debut goal.

*Who is/are the brightest prospect/s for your team now?
We have an Italian-American striker called Guiseppe Rossi, a young Spanish defender snatched from Barcelona (Barfelona), and messrs .....Wayne Rooney and Cristiano "happy-feet" Ronaldo

*Which three players would you love to sign for your team?
Ronaldinho (Barcelona), Adriano (Inter Milan), and Arjen Robben (Chelsea) - we just missed out on both Ronaldinho AND Robben (through dilly-dallying).:(

As I started up the thread, I get a 4th choice - Steven Gerrard (Liverpool)

*Are you optimistic/disillusioned about your team for season 2005/06 - state your reasons why?
Very optimistic about next season. We began terribly this season, but we are now looking back to our best once again. Rooney will have settled in, and we may just have another big name arriving at OT in the summer.

*Finally, please select your all-time fantasy football team. It can either be based on players past and present, from any club/international side in the world. Alternatively (or additionally) select your own club's all-time fantasy football team, based solely on players who have worn, or currently wear the strip of the team you follow......
