Phew! thank god Adele has gone! That woman is a harridan and I'm glad that Alan isn't playing the "good guy" and told her a few home truths - all of which were well deserved and none of which will have been taken on board!

Good show tonight ... I can't believe I've got to wait another week for the next installment!

I got a copy of the Mirror today and Sir Alan does a column in there (dont know if it's every day or just Wednesdays) but it's worth a quick butchers.

Yes it was a good episode tonight, bye bye Adele! what a nasty sulky wuss she was!...and she believed all her own hype! lol

Looking forward to next week's episode especially...should be an interesting one to see em take on the art world!

Who'd have thought Adele was cowardly enough to try and jump before pushed? (yeah and me!) So glad that Sir A didn't let her get away with it and carpeted her anyway. She's sooooooo deluded and arrogant that one. I couldn't believe how rude she was to the Harrods staff!

Tim is a bit wet though isn't he? Saira is growing on me more and more, she's a hard worker and will do whatever it takes.

I agree with everything Sir Alan said except when he called her smart....adele and smart in the same sentance is just wrong!

IMO that girl probably got where she is by pure intimidation and bullying - god help the poor people that have to work with her on a day to day basis...

I have to say tho as much as I respect and admire one or two of the guys i.e samira is a v v hard worker, and the team lead guy who lost last night is v good...i am finding it hard to warm to any of them!

I thought by week 4 i would deffo have a fave!

Saira has won the last two tasks for Impact in my view - getting something for nothing last week, and her exceptional selling abilities this week.

Can she win the whole show? I think she is in with a good chance.

The remaining other 2 women, Miriam and Rachael do not seem to be assertive enough characters to win, neither does Matthew, or Raj.

Tony is a good salesman, but what a mess he made of the figures - don't think he is smart enough to win.

Ben cannot sell; Sebastian has too many bad ideas; James isn't hungry enough.

Therefore, Tim vs Saira is my prediction for the final.

I agree Cayman-Eater, Tim and Saira look to be in front at the moment. However Tim needs to get a bit more ruthless - loyalty to his team is all well and good but he'll get the chop if he won't analyse weaknesses.

I agree about finding them hard to warm too. Maybe to succeed in the cut throat world of business you need to be like this, but I find them too selfish and greedy to like, and I don't think people like them make the world a better place - the sort of people who think any behaviour is ok so long as they are making a profit. Fascinating show, though.

Paul as Rosie the Bear had us laughing out loud! I thought the team did exceedingly well as they were well behind at the beginning. As for Adele, well I think if she escaped the firing yet again I don’t think I would have watched any more as it would have been grossly unfair. What a thoroughly unpleasant woman, the way she spoke to the Harrods staff was totally unforgivable then tried to jump before she was pushed and all that weeping for sympathy because of her “Nan” – very professional – not!. Good riddance to the maroon haired harridan! I like Tim and Matthew is just a buffoon.
