I want to post a pic of my boys tonight, can't work out how to do it....anyone help me.......
Pretty please
x
PS In the meantime, how is everyone else enjoying tonight?
We don't celebrate halloween Cat so nothing exciting.
I think you can just post your pics in the photo forum but I have noticed it is not just members only at the moment so anyone would be able to view it...
Maybe it will be better to wait until H as finished the forums until you post it.
Marmoset 31-10-2004, 04:59 PM Hi Cat

Woo000000ooooo to us all.......
Andrea 31-10-2004, 05:17 PM We've only had two kids trick or treating tonight so far.
But that was my friends kids who she drove round here after phoning to see if I was in
My kids are now running round the house shouting "trick or treat" :D
Oh god, mine are in the street banging on doors.
Then again, you do live in Norfolk don't you?
Not safe.
Andrea 31-10-2004, 05:40 PM Well we've now had quite a few trick or treaters around. I think the word must have got out that there are sweets in our house.
Although I don't know if some of these local folk are really wearing masks or not ;)
Dolores 31-10-2004, 05:46 PM I can't stand all the hullabaloo over Halloween. What a load of tosh! I hate the kids that knock on doors. I've just had a couple knock on my door, at least I think it's trick or treaters, cos I didn't answer. i've got nothing to give them except my son's super dooper double barrelled super soaker ready, loaded with water and waiting to go!!!
My son has gone over the road to a halloween party, but I told him he's NOT to go trick or treating! Am I a spoilsport?!

Nope Dol, I'm with you. I am also ignoring the door and I have left the outside lights off. We don't DO Halloween in our house, although I am often tempted to open the door and answer the question "Trick or treat?" with the response "I'll have a treat please!"
I have done this too, it is only fun when you prepare....
When you don't - lights off and lie low

I DON'T DO Halloween either !!! And I don't think it has done my kids any harm.....
Mashed 31-10-2004, 06:29 PM Nope I hate it too. We are pretending there is no-one home, hiding in the living room with 'moody' lights on ... he thinks he's gonna get some .. finar ...
Though I am tempted to go and put some dog poo through my very annoying neighbours letter box and blame it on the trick or treaters .. I haven't got a dog and when you want some dog poo can you find it?? ... cat poo would be a give away !
Hellow, Mashed. Put down the poo and post my friend.

Dolores 31-10-2004, 08:59 PM Well I must say I am very very surprised at my neighbour! When my son came back from his party he had loads of sweets and a bit of money and he said that she'd let them go trick or treating! I was flabbergasted and really angry ... in fact I could only calm myself by eating some of the chocolate he'd gathered!
Serioulsy I was annoyed that she'd let them go out and not even asked if I thought it was OK. I hate the thought now that he's been round the neighbourhood knocking on doors.

I'm confused Cat - should she put the poo down or post it?!
I now have a horrible picture in my head of Mashed sitting down typing with one hand whilst holding a handful of mashed poo in the other!
I would have been angry in your position Dol...she should have asked if it was ok with you before letting him wander the streets knocking on strangers doors.

I'm confused too, can't remember what I meant.
And yes, I would have been annoyed with neighbour too, go round a smash her face in tomorrow.
