maxine 26-03-2005, 01:11 PM What's your favourite liquor? At the moment it's Bailey's for me as that's what I'm drinking.
Bailey's
Tia Maria
Brandy
Drambuie
Other? Please specify as I only have a limited knowledge.
I've probably cocked this up completely as I've never done a poll before. Hey ho.
It's a lovely poll Max...I have voted Baileys - are you really drinking one right NOW!!! Second would be Tia Maria.

Boozing at 10 past 2? I like your Plymouth! :drinking:
I usually go for Kummel at lunch and port or whiskey in the evening.

I am Cat. ( NO. 3 actually) I've just had a lovely roast despite Mr M complaining that the gravy was too thick. :mad2: I don't know if I'll make it to the end of the England match. :sleepy:
claire 26-03-2005, 01:18 PM I also like Amarula Cream, its similar to Baileys, from South Africa though.
Fee For All 26-03-2005, 03:00 PM Mine's malt whisky, preferably Springbank 25 year old, but it's too expensive now:angry:

Patsy 26-03-2005, 03:24 PM Call me flash, but mine's Benedictine. WTH is Kummel Grouch?
Groucho 26-03-2005, 03:36 PM Kümmel is a sweet, colorless liqueur flavored with caraway seed, cumin and fennel.
according to Webtender.
It's Dutch.
Patsy 26-03-2005, 03:41 PM So's my cap.
Dolores 26-03-2005, 07:02 PM Gosh Max, I should imagine you are a bit tiddled by now! ... but content!
I've ticked drambuie as I'm a bit of fiend for anything whiskey based - especially whiskey!
And Max - were you being a bit cheeky with the title?!?!? :naughty:
Cheeky Dol...you havn't been around today, she has been a whurlin dervish!
Ceridwen 26-03-2005, 08:43 PM Has to be Baileys for me, I'm a REAL LAYYYDEEEEEEE like.........!!!
I am a ladeeeeee of two halves - cos I love my Baileys over ice - yet I also love a Flamin' Sambuca - so ice and fire, see two halves??
Andrea 26-03-2005, 10:47 PM I also like Amarula Cream, its similar to Baileys, from South Africa though.
I bought a couple of bottles of Amarula from the ideal home exhibition last year. It didn't last long, yummy it was.
But I had to tick Baileys, double yummy.
And Flip I have no idea how you can drink sambuca
I always remember serving that at the restaurant I used to work at, and it was awful carrying a hot glass to the table trying to keep it alight.
according to Webtender.
It's Dutch.
And where do the Afrikaans originate? :D
I do like liquers now and then, but only really have them in a restaurant after a meal.
Does Schnapps count as a liquer? I'd probably go for that if it is.
Groucho 27-03-2005, 12:02 AM And where do the Afrikaans originate? :D
And your point Foxy?
I like a Dutch sticky occasionally........it aint a crime..... :glare:
Mine's a Cointreau, please. :)

Im a sambuka drinker - although I have it over ice so it goes cloudy....only thing is, I dont have it as an after dinner drink, I have it as a chaser to my pint of stella :w00t: ......well I had to give up the tequila cos I lost HOURS on that!!!
Patsy 27-03-2005, 10:10 AM Ever had someone light a sambuca when it's already in your mouth?
Queeenie, go lick your sheds! :ranting:
