When my son was little and couldn't manage a whole easter egg he used to get loads and loads, now he's older and could eat a whole shop of them he gets less and less ...which is good for both of us actually!

I got none but I fully intend to share my son's ...although I have to say he is a very generous boy and always offers his sweets and chocolates! I look forward to a film and chocolate this afternoon!

No-one else is awake in Dabble Hollow yet, but I know I have a Terrys Chocolate Orange coming later. My real treat was a gorgeous hour-long foot rub while watching telly last night.

I am going to sainsburies to buy up there 1/2 price stock tomorrow as the boys arn't back till the early hours of tuesday.

I got none......but the boys have got three each so far and I know there are at least three more each on the way.......so we will have quite a little chocolate mountain.....

Apparently the Terrys Chocolate Orange that I spied is for one of the Miss Dabses boyfriends. I've got a box of Lindt Lindor truffles, a Mars Delight egg, a M&S Swiss truffle egg, two bars of Munchies and two bars of Caramac (one of which I just had with my breakfast coffee) And at the top of the pile is a gorgeous Booja Booja organic luxury egg full of espresso truffles!

Woweeeee Dab - 'kinda' 8 - that is splendid for you. Not being a choccie lover I am not that jealous - but that one Booja Booja with expresso truffles sounds quite nice ... hmmm...:cool:

Although I am the only one up, I know I have got a huuuuuge bar of Cadburys - when I went to get Jade and Lewie something, Mr Q said, you had better get something for yourself too then, so for the 2 of us I got 3 bars of Cadburys - milk choc, whole nut and fruit and nut......and they are massive :blush:

The kids have got a 12 box of cadbury cream eggs and a tenner each......

Thats our easter done and dusted - I didnt bother with my neices as my sis's said to take them some "seaside junk" when we go up in April after sis has had the baby - its due a week tomorrow :w00t:

Yes today is a day where Christian's remember the day that Jesus Christ Resurrected from the dead, probably the whole basis of peoples faith in Jesus is the fact that he rose from the dead as the Bible predicted the son of God would. It's probably the most important day in the Christian calendar.

I got zero eggs which is fine by me. Again, my landlords appeared with a daffodil arrangement and wine for me. The last time when it was raining outside, they appeared with a bunch of flowers. Very sweet gift.

I got three easter eggs.
But only because I went to Sainsbury's on Friday and bought all the family 3 eggs for £2.50.
Thats three eggs each not three eggs between us :laugh:

And yep, they are all gone now, apart from the two little boxes of smarties I got in mine.

Actually, thinking about it now, another trick was to eat your egg, but put the wrapping back together so it looked like it hadn't been touched and tease brother that way, saying I haven't eaten any of mine :devil:

how can landlords be this nice tonee? I've always had 'orrible ones! Yours sound great - is this true of all irish landlords or are they the exceptions?
