I got none - thankfully!! Dolores 27-03-2005, 07:18 AM 10 or more!!!!!!!!! I doubt even the Easter Bunny will be ticking that box! When my son was little and couldn't manage a whole easter egg he used to get loads and loads, now he's older and could eat a whole shop of them he gets less and less ...which is good for both of us actually! I got none but I fully intend to share my son's ...although I have to say he is a very generous boy and always offers his sweets and chocolates! I look forward to a film and chocolate this afternoon! dab 27-03-2005, 07:21 AM No-one else is awake in Dabble Hollow yet, but I know I have a Terrys Chocolate Orange coming later. My real treat was a gorgeous hour-long foot rub while watching telly last night. Patsy 27-03-2005, 09:10 AM I didn't get any eggs because I don't want any because I'm a fat bitch. Patsy 27-03-2005, 09:20 AM [QUOTE=ilovesurvivor]I didn't get any, but I am happy about that as I don't really like chocolate that much :bag: I don't understand  Isis 27-03-2005, 09:21 AM Although I am the only one up, I know I have got a huuuuuge bar of Cadburys - when I went to get Jade and Lewie something, Mr Q said, you had better get something for yourself too then, so for the 2 of us I got 3 bars of Cadburys - milk choc, whole nut and fruit and nut......and they are massive  The kids have got a 12 box of cadbury cream eggs and a tenner each...... Hugh Jass cooked a scrambled eggs yesterday for breakfast so we don't have any eggs left :( :bye: Gosh I just laughed out loud! That has to go down as the stupid'st post in history!  (apart from the fact that I said "a" instead of "us")... I only saw the question and posted a reply... I thought the question was asking how many real eggs did you get this morning !!! I didn't even think about the fact that it was easter as my son slept at his granny's house and he's already had his eggs from us! Ok the real answer is one from my mother-in-law.. Fee For All 27-03-2005, 06:00 PM I didn't even think about the fact that it was easter as my son slept at his granny's house and he's already had his eggs from us! Isn't Easter a significant date in the Christian calendar? You have me all confused now Claire! claire 27-03-2005, 06:09 PM Why? Cause I'm a Christian? :) I just didn't think about it at the time I posted. Yes today is a day where Christian's remember the day that Jesus Christ Resurrected from the dead, probably the whole basis of peoples faith in Jesus is the fact that he rose from the dead as the Bible predicted the son of God would. It's probably the most important day in the Christian calendar. Fee For All 27-03-2005, 06:21 PM Thanks for the description of Easter - just as I thought, it hasn't changed much since Theology classes at Uni:wink2: It was the implication in your post that the absence of son and chocolate eggs had caused you to forget it that confused me. tonee 27-03-2005, 08:13 PM I got zero eggs which is fine by me. Again, my landlords appeared with a daffodil arrangement and wine for me. The last time when it was raining outside, they appeared with a bunch of flowers. Very sweet gift. Flyo 27-03-2005, 08:55 PM I've got a box of Lindt Lindor truffles You lucky person!! They are the best chocolates EVER!!! Despite giving up chocolate for lent (rather unsuccesfully) I had none today! Andrea 27-03-2005, 10:16 PM I got three easter eggs. But only because I went to Sainsbury's on Friday and bought all the family 3 eggs for £2.50. Thats three eggs each not three eggs between us  And yep, they are all gone now, apart from the two little boxes of smarties I got in mine. Should I sit in front of them all tomorrow eating them, saying I saved some of mine and you've got none  I used to do that with my brother and he hated it  tonee 27-03-2005, 10:18 PM I went to dinner with a friend the other night and she was telling me she used to bash her brothers eggs from behind and steal/eat the chocolate without his knowledge. The evils of childhood. And being played out by Andrea -Eat the leftovers tomorrow and brag about it!! Andrea 27-03-2005, 10:24 PM Actually, thinking about it now, another trick was to eat your egg, but put the wrapping back together so it looked like it hadn't been touched and tease brother that way, saying I haven't eaten any of mine  ils 27-03-2005, 10:48 PM You have a wicked streak, Andrea   Woodstock 28-03-2005, 06:21 AM I've eaten about fifty-six Easter Eggs (large Creme Egg ones) since they first hit the shelves, about fifty-six days ago - yet as always, come Good Friday-Easter Monday i'm completely eggless!! (http://www.survivor-online.co.uk/forums/misc.php?do=getsmilies&wysiwyg=0&forumid=8#) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v672/Woodstock73/hol_easter5.jpg Dolores 28-03-2005, 12:04 PM I got zero eggs which is fine by me.
