Im sorry if the comment made from scooby was about my grammer i will try and use the correct spellings in future posts, as i understand the older folk don't quite get the modern talk of youngsters today.

I know it's a hard habit to break, but what we found last year was that posts in text speak just didn't get read by most members and it was a shame because the contributions were good! I always find the odd word is ok, but it's when nearly every word is shortened it makes it so hard to read. Even though I have 3 teenagers that are always texting I still find it hard to read sometimes.. I put it down to my advanced age :laugh:

Having had very little coverage of the lovely Joe in the past - I had little to go on - but all your enthusiasm had me willing him to be stunningly fabulous.

And, yes he was sweet - but ... I am almost daring myself to say this - but not gut wrenchingly, heart stoppingly funny.

last xmas I saw him in panto, I wasn't well..took the boys....and I larfed and larfed. He's the best.

I did like him today :)

I think he's made a good appearance for the first show, he was a sport jumping out of that plane.

I don't really think he's going to be a barrel of laughs all the time though, he can't be, no comedian can. They have also got to have their downs as well as ups.
I did like it when he got a leech on his foot though.
I don't know, I will wait and see how he gets on before I form a proper opinion of him.

They were all a bit fed up with it really and can you blame them? They have survived 5 days in there only for some1 else to join them. The only person who seemed to be ok with it from the beginning was Brian because he himself came in late.

Oh and about the glasses. Joe has some glasses similar to them but he changed to some of his other 1s for the jungle. lol

Wasn't joe great tonight. Comforting Sheila ahh. He will STILL WIN! No doubt about it. Will be interesting to see how it turns out though becuase there are 2 compeltely different fan bases. Squeaky will become King! No doubt about it.

Come on, Joe's trial was pathetically easy- by far the easiest one so far. All he had to do was climb down and up a ladder. Sure he was dangling from a helicopter, but he was strapped in with a harness so he couldn't possibly fall so there was no risk whatsover.

Joe has been boring, but since he has played it safe by not speaking up on any topic that could possibly be controversial, he will sadly probably win.

If everyone in the camp was like Joe, it would be impossible to watch and would put everyone to sleep. You need leaders, but leaders do rub people the wrong way quite frequently.

Its easy to hang around on the sidelines and just toss in clever quips every now and then. I actually think Joe is quite sneaky and just pretended to be ill so he could stay out of all the arguments and avoid doing or saying anything that would hurt his chances.

Have to say I didn't know anything about him before he went in, and although he seems nice enough, I'm not sure you can really call him a comedian. I mean - talking in a squeaky voice and saying 'mind me Jacobs' three hundred times must rank right up there with the Krankies in terms of funny.

I missed the trial but i bet it was funny, that is joe tho the jokes about his jacobs and the word cack he is like that all the time,and so what if he got the easiest trial wasnt his fault did he actually pick what to do??

Totally agree. Why is it always the nice guys that get called boring? People say natalie was entertainment....to be she was just an annoying person who kept moaning. The only part I liked with her was her interview when she came out. I thought, hey you are slightly normal - why couldn't you be like that in there. natalie entertainment....no! :blink: Joe....yes. That's what I think anyway.
