Precisely nothing, although I have just noshed an apple and then a celery stick dipped into the philly cheese - but I am ravenous and cannot find a single thing I fancy. I want hot and hurting - like a really spicy, crispy something or other - or spare ribs or something like that.

And I am just about to make a cup of tea - cos I have no wine left, I had a bottle and a bit earlier and it is now it HAS to be a cup of darjeeling time. They say it is the champagne of teas - so I shall just miss all the other words out and just pretend!!

Once again you find me starving. I tried a peanut butter sarnie about an hour ago, and then about 20 mins ago I had a mouthful of cold stew - I need something lovely and creamy and garlicy like hummous! But I haven't got any and I can't be bothered to make any - so I think I may just go to bed instead!!

Muller rice

I've been going to weight managment classes for a couple of weeks and the man who runs it is genius.
He says that our bodies need food every two hours and all this talk about eating just before you go to bed is poo.
He also said that no one could ever stick to the two hour fuelling as it isn't practical for most people.
I've decided to prove him wrong on that last point

Andrea I like him too! He is so passionate about his subject. He gets really angry about people charging you money to stand on scales and make you go hungry! He doesn't charge for the class.
he says watch out for Geri (ex spice) if ever there was a person who is an example of everything wrong about diets its her, she's about to balloon at any time

I bought what I thought were proper Melba Toasts from Tesco. They turned out to be mini packets of "carboard" - wafer thin. There's about 6 in a pack so I spread them with some pate - it didn't go anywhere so I went back for another packet and ate those too  Only about 25 cals per packet though.

I know I shouldn't but hey, the humous is nearly all gone and it seems silly to put a nearly empty tub back in the fridge:w00t:

I never thought I would see the day when I couldn't finish my dinner!
Come to think of it I never thought I'd see the day when I would eat a proper dinner! I've been slaving in my kitchen for an hour to produce a gorgeous meal with the most wonderful smells, but three mouthfuls and I'm full, so havng water instead and hopefully will be able to go back to it soon

I hardly ever buy chocolate. I hardly ever crave it but tonight I really, really could pig out on some. I like those wafer thin ones by cadbury (are they called Snaps or something - shows how much notice I take of the adverts when Corrie's on). I could eat a whole packet now!

I decided on stewed apple with a toffee flavoured yogurt (yeah, slimmers version of a toffee apple - lol) but it just didn't do it for me and I still have the munchies.

Oh well, Big Brother on soon - might take my mind off food.

Well tonight instead of slicing it normally I sliced the four crusts off - buttered them and that is what I am snacking on right now.
