Hi all,
I have been working for a couple of years trying to create the great web-based adventure game engine, bringing to mind the old days of Legend of the Red Dragon. I originally used Lord of the Rings as the base for the engine, and posted the game 6 months ago - 800 people so far have logged in to play it.
Recently I adapted the engine to Survivor, and created all 10 seasons, populated each season with its players from the show, added enemies and objects on the map, and am currently finishing off entering all the challenges. Seasons 9 and 10 are complete and I am working my way backwards to finish all seasons.
Anyhow, if anyone would like to see this exciting new engine in action, come check us out at the following URLs. This game is not commercially available, and I make no money from advertisers or from selling the code yet. It is strictly a work in progress right now, but I do have eventual intentions of taking this engine commercial, just so everyone knows. Therefore, if this post is considered advertising and is unwarranted I apologize.
But you all may get a kick out of actually wandering the locations and interacting with the players. Try it out!
Cheers!
