Lol I just posted that in another thread Peej. She is ace isnt she? she looks like a starey slightly psychotic version of Demi Moore......

I couldnt believe it when Dermot said she had been in the diary room to say the gnomes were talking to her...

But I'm dying to see her more now, she sounds fab.

Yeah but to be fair to mary, the gnomes do have a secret camera in them for BBLB, she's obvioulsy got her radar on and is detecting some kind of signal.

An abduction live on TV! Oh please!
maybe Dr Who could drop by (just for fun)

After a week with that bunch of narcisstic tossers, Mary will be BEGGING the gnomes to talk to her!! ... but quite frankly I think they've got more sense!

I like her as well....apparently though last night she nearly left but now she's joined in with the group and she's OK. :)

Hehe, saw some of her on the live feed last night.

Someone else was talking to her about staying in the house and Mary was just sat there, wide eyed, eyes darting around in all different directions, like a deer in front of headlights.

This morning she refused to use the outdoor showers...eventually she went in with her dress on.

Good for her. It's about time someone refused to strip on TV. Although it'll be interesting if she manages to keep it up, baring in mind there's nowhere private at all in that house so she might just accept her bits are goingo be seen sooner or later.

Unless they have been abducted by aliens?

She wont stay in five minutes. I think after a few days the "experience" will be too much for her. Did she not realise that you have to shower in public?????

Last night I was watching and as you say Andrea, Saskia was chatting to her ever so nicely and Mary's eyes were rolling around in that scary starey way as she checked for the cameras. She has mad rolling eyes like a cow. I dont like their eyes, they scare me...

That part was almost as funny as the gnomes Andrea. She gets out the car with a hood on and a brromstick in her hand - all very novel except the hood means she can't see where she's going and promptly heads off in the wrong direction! After bumping into a few other things she figures out "blind not good" and takes the hood off, then proceeding to keep tripping over it until finally arriving at the door of the house and standing there for the longest time with the crowd outside chanting "push it...push it.....push it" until BB finally told her "the door is open" (BB muttering a silent "idiot" at the end).

Classic. Add the gnomes, and we're in for the first contestant removed by those nice men in white coats.

I have to say I'm with Mary on the showering in public ... it's really childish and voyeuristic. Why don't they just have one shower which has no camera in and only let in one housemate at a time for a limited about of time 10 mins should be long enough to shower, get dried and toss off ... although not necessarily in that order! I mean if they are on their own it's really not of interest to anyone else is it?

Gelastic

I agree Dolores, but then what would they sell on the uncut tapes when the show has finished. It just seems to be a way of exploiting the participants - and I know they all sign up for it, but still, it's a bit much.

No Im deadly serious. I don't find her attractive at all (and Im including her personality here) - she just looks out of proportion and all wrong!
Unfortunately, we were subjected to a slight glimpse of her showering topless in tonights show.

Unfortunately, we were subjected to a slight glimpse of her showering topless in tonights show. Well although it was an horrific sight to behold, I give her ten out of ten for confidence.

She obviously has mirrors in her house that show a magical reflection that other people dont see.......

what makes me laugh is the way people accept it when she says she is a witch..er hello there is no such thing, they are made up.

she can call her self a witch as she can call herself a ford focus. She may read a few commericial books about ceremony and spells but fundementally magic is not true, spirits are not true and witches are not true so she is living a big lie - I guess as a compensation for shyness and attention.

Someone should call her on this (as they all feel it) and stop treating her as a fragile child. "yeah mary you do realise that witches do not exist other than in stories and as a means to persecute people in the 16th century?" - so that side are you just a shy wee woman with not a lot going on?"

Spot on me dear !!
As you say, there are no such thing as witches, only people that create that persona for themselves because they are lacking in some department IMO, and Mary (though I liked her at first because she seemed so scared), appears to be a self obsessed idiot.

She also appears to be a bit of a bitch, saying in the diary room that Saskia wasnt what she was pretending to be - after Saskia was the one that tried to make Mary feel at home in the house on the first night, while Mary was putting on her fragile child act .... (that particular mask dropped quite quickly within a few hours).

She seems to be telling the loudest, lairiest, most gob ****est people - ie Makosi, Lesley and Maxwell to "be yourself, dont let others constrain you, let go, dont pretend to be someone you are not, be yourself" which loosely translated really means, "god arent you ghastly, loud, common, opinionated and full of yourself, carry on showing yourself up, and if I encourage you it will get you evicted all the quicker...."

phew! wasn't timid little Mary a revelation in the diary room - a little weasel. What has she got against Saskia for goodness sake! And when she got the broomstick! She is pathetic for someone of 31! more like a seriously derranged 10 year old!

I've just watched this Dol, re dressing up..."It's made me sooo happy Big Brother, did you see how happy its made me?"...re the broomstick..."It's made me sooo happy Big Brother, can you see how happy its making me?".

?

Nobody has had the heart to tell her that blusher is just for the cheeks and not the whole side of the face....or maybe she is doing a Tania Special.

Lovin her.

Andrea

All that in the diary room as you say Cat, about the dressing up and how all her housemates are goths. Hah, I think someone else mentioned about this in another thread.

They didn't look like goths at all, just like a load of kids dressed up.
Actually Cat, your boys looked better than any of them lot.

But there was "Mary the white witch" all excited about some dressing up costumes.
And I can't wait to see her fly on her broomstick.
If I were a housemate in there I'd ask for a demonstration:w00t:

..with my cynical head on (and frankly I can't for the life of me find my other heads) I can see Mary at 60 with silver hair, living in a garden flat with 10 cats and smelling ever so slightly of pee.

I had to edit the title of this since I don't know if I want her to win anymore.
Her little stint in the diray room - "this is ME Big Brother! See how happy you've made me? Look at me! This is an essence of ME!" - was pathetic to say the least.

Well said PJ.
The weasley, backstabbing was also quite a revelation. Gone is the terrified looking, fragile Mary - though to be honest this particular creation only lasted about an hour - and lo and behold we have the real Mary...... A cosmetically challenged, loud, opinionated, self obsessed, idiotic, backstabbing b!tch.

Well Scary Mary's up for eviction and I think she will go. Had a bit of a roller coaster ride with Mary...liked, disliked, liked...disliking now due to the fact she took to her bed again saying she wanted to leave...twice in less than a week, its getting boring now.

In the words of the Bay City Rollers....Bye Bye Mary Mary bye bye....

oooh Les Mckeown will be in my dreams tonight!

Get rid of her! What does she do in real life besides "be a witch" ... which is a more knobbish occupation than "70's dancer" ... are these jobs advertised down the job centre?! or are they vocational?!

Dolores

I thought anyone could edit the title of their own thread? No?

Anyway, mary went right down in my estimation tonight. The garbage about her dog, her nastiness to Saskia and her need to have Makosi et al in the lounge with her when she and saskia were fighting.

But still, I couldn't help feeling sorry for her when BB announced that she was up for eviction and I hope she stays so that she can wind some people up a little more

I am really pleased she has gone, I liked her, then disliked her, then liked her and wondered if her true looniness would survive.

But she has been outed by her own hypocrisy!! She was more than happy to call everyone false and telling BB she didn't like them and then in the next breath she is telling the hm's that she doesn't really think they are false just everyone else!!
