in the past this has become a bone of contention. So I think it might be an idea to have a few rules, especially as some people are new since the last Big Brother.

1. No mention should be made of nominations until they appear on channel 4 - cos not everyone reads the website or has E4, unless the thread is clearly marked "Spoiler - nominations" or something similar.

2. Spoilers should have a thread of their own and not appear in the middle of other threads. Even if they are marked "Spoiler" within the thread, you still have to scroll down past it and may see something you don't want to ... and that can "spoil" it for some people when they watch coverage later.

Has anyone got any other "rules" they want to add? Or do they disagree with any of the above?

Can I add - if anyone starts a spoiler thread that they scroll down when they type the actual spoiler??

Reason being that, if you hold your cursor over the thread on the menu - you get a small yellow box containing the first few lines of the thread - and you can accidentally hold the curser over the 'spoiler' and it may pop up!!

I agree with what you said though. We should definately have seperate threads for spoilers which should be clearly marked.
I think any spoilers appearing within threads should just be deleted. Is everyone ok with that?
