I would say that although I agree that the concept was, indeed, developed and used first in the 1970s, I believe with Coca Cola, its return is welcome and probably previously unseen by many of our members.

I totaly agree about Call 18866 - I love it when Talk Talk phone me and try to sell their service - I tell the caller how much I am paying now and it shuts them up!!
