Suits me...no annoying telly, and it has North light, my hi fi system and headphones...bliss :) all I need now is a beer fridge.

One bottle is for the iron and one is for me to keep me hydrated as I steam.

Yep you can see my lovely Tara Jardon silk brown shirt (ebay) freshly ironed in preparation for Saturday - weather permiting - can't wear a coat with it as will crease. You can just see the lamp I made too, the one that Nox really liked with the wooden african man (ebay).

I like this thread :cool: I love seeing people homes and where they work.

I must bring my camera into work to take a picture of my desk .... or desks (i have three shoved together - important, moi :laugh: ).

At the moment my desk is kinda tidy, but some days it looks like a bomb has dropped on it.

Just bought a new one and not yet got rid of the old one.

There is actually 2 hoovers in there as well. Same thing, but you can't see the old one.

The new hoover, the one you can see was a bargain buy at Argoooooooos, should have been £100, on sale for £50 :thumbsup:

And your understairs cupboard is so tidy Andrea! Mine is dark so I don't tend to dwell on it much. I just have to hold all the rubbish back when I shut the door on it. I can get my ironing board in there because it doesn't come out very often but my hoover adorns the hallway or spare bedroom most of the time. That's handy though because when Mr. C. comes in from work I can quickly stand by it and wind up the lead, as if I have just finished cleaning ;)

I'd love to give you a picture to prove what a lazy bag I am but I nicked the batteries out of the camera last night for my RADIO that I take to bed with me. And you can stop that sniggering because it really was for my radio. :ninja:

Ooh you wouldn't say that if I took the picture looking the other way. It's got all of Mr A's fishing stuff (well I tell a lie, he has another cupboard with some more of his fishing stuff as well).
And then he has the gaul to moan at me because he can't find anything in there because I've got the hoover and ironing board in there.

I don't touch the other side of that cupboard, I learnt that lesson long ago. :laugh:

That's handy though because when Mr. C. comes in from work I can quickly stand by it and wind up the lead, as if I have just finished cleaning ;)

This reminds me of my sister...when ever I used to pop round there she always seem to be coming down stairs with a basket full of washing. Finally I commented on this and she admitted that she spent hours lying on her bed reading....so always had a basket of washing ready to make out she was busy.

I used to keep a "Get Well Soon" card and display it in a prominent place if the doorbell rung unexpectedly but I sorta overplayed my hand there so looking for new ideas.

I've done the "spray a bit of furniture polish in the air" one too. Men are so unobservant aren't they. They smell polish, they think you've been polishing! They don't notice the dust still on the furniture :)

I havn't asked for it to be pinned Ceri, there needs only to be one pinned and yours is quite a jaunty thread doing a good job. This thread is quite happy here.
Are you going to show us your desk or appliances, we would love to see them. I have taken quite a 'dark' themic one of my hoover...its not as beautifull as Andrea's so it needed some flattering shadowing...

I will never love it as much as my Henry with the super long lead, but this was only £29 and does the job. It usually lives under the stairs but does dwell in our bedroom quite a lot as we have a flat red carpet in there that shows up every speck.

Both are very tidy I must say.

Work, looking into office, my desk backs on to right hand wall. As in, if you sit at my desk there is a wall to my right and my back. If I look to my right, there is a door to the main Sales office with windows to the front and right hand side.

Home, right hand corner of living room, looking out onto vast garden.

Tidy for me, yes. Did you notice two cups? One had coffee and one had tea. And my apple. Very old, but didn't want to throw it away. Home, pink thing on desk is wrist band eldest Master P bought me and it broke within a day. Bless.

Patsy, you must post a picture when Mr Patsy has done the whole weeks ironing and your kitchen looks like an ironing grotto with clothes hanging from every nook and cranny..
