Maybe I'm easily shocked but...and it's a BIG but...
HOW can a woman of rebeccas age not know when the second world war started! I am astounded!!!!!She is not some moaney could'nt care less 15 year old!!!!!!! And her father is some kind of diplomat, so I presume she had a decent enough education.
THICKO!!!
And also...Isabella having to use her fingers to count from 12 to 48.
AND not being able to answer that Beethoven question.
And the square root of 36.Basic 7 year old stuff.......
I was embarrassed for them.
cringe...
It was mighty funny though.

I agree it was appalling that she didnt know when the 2nd world war started but when they asked Isabella, "who wrote Beethoven's fifth symphony" and it took her puzzled self about five minutes to answer........... my head was in my hands.

It comes to something when Paul was shown to be the most intelligent of the bunch...........

There's a difference between intelligence and ability to retain information, Pan. Paul Danan has not shown any intelligence from what I've seen.
