Behave little lady!!! :naughty:

But yeah sorely exhausted!! You know those days that you should stay in bed, cos you have the WORST period, the WORST headache and the WORST nausea and you are bleeding like a stuck pig??

Well today was THAT day.

I wore my boots so I could stuff tampons down them [I had 2 in each boot!] - so I didn't have to fish around in my handbag for them - whilst sitting oppo my gorge, but small new boss!

And I couldn't flush to the loo properly - I had to lift the cistern and manually do it, and then the first time I went to the loo - I was all of a dither and put one tampon in without taking the first one out!! -

So I had to do 'dip doo magazoo' as to which the old one was and which the new one was!!!

I am exhausted with all the blinkin too-ing and fro'ing to the bluddy loo let alone the work itself!!!

T'was great ILS. I thought I'd be too old for the Chemical Brothers in an open field, but there was a great crowd and a very 'cool' vibe throughout.

We got mixed messages from some of the revellers though - some thought we were drug dealers [we were asked on quite a few occasions if we had 'anything' with us  which we didn't because we were caught on the way in ]

and those who thought we were narcotics division [we wound these up by covering our mouths with our fists and talking into our hands :devil:}

so sport was had...

Well - the date is over.

Basically, he was really nice. We got on very well. BUT. I didn't fancy him.

And when he asked me about this, I told him the truth (that I really liked him, but not in that way.) And he got a bit stroppy.

However, due to my charm, I managed to resolve the situation.

Glad you had a good time Patsy, and yes it does take ages to catch up, I have only been out for the evening and it has taken me a fair few minutes just to read the posts let alone reply to any, so if you are away for a couple of weeks or so it must take ages.

I need a fold up table for doing a boot sale, something cheap. I thought argos might do one, but they don't.
Any ideas?

I always have these hurricane/tornado scenarios in my head so I usually have water and stuff around. As for the Hurricane Party...msgirl will be dipping into the voddy REAL SOON!!!! Hurricane Report: New Orleans is partially underwater and is expected to be w/o power for up to 2 months. Gulfport area (not to far from my old stomping grounds) has lost about 80 people...that is a rough estimate. My sister has had a tree limb plunge into her bedroom but for the most part is o.k. One brother has no damage just debris, another has lost part of his roof and a bedroom. I cannot get in touch with my best mate to find out what is her situation...she lives a little out away from town and oppisite end of town from my sis. Middle of the state I have 2 cousins with debris and no power. Granny in Nursing Home ok. We fared pretty well. No loss of power, wind and rain pretty substantial, few shingles flew of the roof. Some debris in yard, on carport etc. Nerves are o.k. The boys were let off school for today just in case and I was glad as I would have probably held them out b/c I'm a very frantic Mom...will post more info and statistics as available on Hurricane Katrina's ravage accross Louisiana and Mississippi. GOOD NEWS...I heard from the Southlands today!! My friend got in touch today by cell phone. They are o.k. only having trees fall and no electricity. Others not so lucky but not the complete devestation as closer to the coast. They may come up here depending on length of power to be out, etc. My sister and her family are on the way to Texas to stay with my brother. Another brother is having to live in a tent in his front yard but will be sending his children to my brother in Texas so they can go to schoool as Texas is offering a lot of help for the displaced citizens. My cousin in Central MS is o.k., just w/o power. Granny o.k. nursing home is on priority for power and they are close to getting power. AAAAhhhhh, big sigh of relief! It is set during wartime! - It's about a bunch of women who tour the UK playing Shakespear! It's based on a true story - apparently the group toured the North East of Scotland.

And it's the first time the play has been performed in Scotland!

Tigger ... one for you!

have you ever considered changing your user name to just Tigger without the 767 on the end, or does it have hidden meaning? just curious, not critical!

Dol, I've actually never thought about changing it, but I guess I keep it as it differentiates me from all the million other tiggers that are out there. And yes it does have a meaning. The first 7 represents the month I was born, July, and the 67 represent the year I was born. :)

Islandman-used to watch Eastenders all the time on BBCAMERICA on DIRECTV but then they quit having it on. It's very addictive and I never have really watched the U.S. soaps!!!

I'm logging off b/4 I have carpel tunnel wrist. I've got to go do something constructive with my energy from that shot. I may have to tie hubby up and hide him in the shed. He keeps calling my name while I'm compulsively posting...lol. I may need an alibi...anyone. heehee. Talk to you lot later. xoxo msgirl

That's how read it then when Tigger asked Fee, then I thought I was being a bit cheeky for thinking that!! Our Tigger will be youthful forever!
