Thought it was about time I shared my elder brother with you all.

His name is Ricky and he is 48 (or there abouts). He is single and looks like Charlie Drake - if anyone remembers him - 5.5 with ginger curly hair. He is the funniest, nicest, honest person you could ever wish to to meet. He is also an avid Manchester City supporter. Our family are from Manchester.

To date he has:

Been left in Spain after a holiday with the lads having fallen asleep in the departure lounge and rolled of the chairs and under. None of his mates could find him. He had to stay for another week with the new mates he had met.

Another time he went on a stag do to Dublin...and didn't return for months...the landlord of a local pub rang me to let me know he was ok....he came back 3 months later.

At a cousins babies christening a few years back, we were all very hungover having been to said cousins sisters wedding the day before - in Manchester so killing to birds with one stone. He fell asleep in the church and when we started to sing sprang up and punched his fist in the air and cried "CITY, CITY"

Now..he is in Thailand...should have come back on Saturday, but had the drunken phone call on monday...missed his flight...speak to Lei Lo Lil :w00t:

Should I start to set another place at the table when he stays on a wednesday night I wonder?

I will keep you up dated.

good grief, Buzz! I think you got off lightly only having to look after Cat on drunken nights out! Imagine if she didn't have you, she'd end up like her brother!

Your brother sounds a riot Cat!

But really, he should get into the habit of buying "open" tickets. Pricey, but probably cheaper than buying fixed date returns, plus a fixed date one-way ticket on top! :laigh:

Karenh...I have had the first call.....the next will be, can you lend me £500................the answer will be NO. But someone will..he always gets back. He is a star and very entertaining.

In Cat's absence, Coastie, I shall answer on her behalf. Yes he is as she says. And he likes everyone. Luckily, everyone likes him too. I'd wager he doesn't have any combats, at least not before his latest foray to Thailand. He's a jeans boy.

LOL Cat, he sounds a hoot. If Hi Lei Lo, or whatever her name is, doesn't have him, you should place that profile as an ad in the personals section and see what happens. :)

Hey..just found the proper rat thread somewhere...Milo and Syd...cute.
There was also something about the return of Discovery...but can't find the thread.Ah well.I'm still new at this flying in and out of thread type malarky.
Turns out the shuttle has been postponed until tomorrow coz of bad weather.
