Ok, so I'm having no sleep tonight coz I'm watchin IAC on itv2!

Joe's chair has gone - they asked Joe to take it to the hut - not showing why. We will find out tomorrow. I bet he tried to smuggle something in - hope so. Makes things interesting. Not sure what the story is there though.

Joe is so lovely. Him and Sheila were sorting out to do a little show coz they suggested that to them. Joe who doesn't want to upset everyone has gone round asking. So many people didn't want to do it that he's said no for now. I'm not explaining it well. Him and Sheila didn't want to come across as show offs or upset anyone. Ooo I love the guy so much.

I thought Joe seemed like an OK guy. Not too in your face, so I'm feeling quite warm to him at the moment.

From watching IAC on and off throughout the night! I think the reason they took the chair is because it had the make of it written on the back!?! Could be completely wrong. I thought that was a great item to take in there. Even though I didn't actually see him sit in it only Fran lol.

Actually I amazed to say that he didn't annoy me at all and so far I actually quite LIKE the guy.

It would appear, going by previous rel-show results, that down to earth un-combatative types win, especially those who voice little opinion on others. Going by the scant evidence so far Jo seems highly likely to win.

The idea is to be funny, vulnerable, British, kind, brave and honest and you are a shoe-in to win

Since the wee red headed boy from Corrie aint in da Jungle then Jo and or Brian (dead nan, been to tabloid hell and back, skint) have a good chance.

I've been watching a little of the live feed today - and I really like Joe at the moment!

I think that's a good summing up isleofweather. It doesn't always work, but if Joe continues as he is, he might have an edge over the others. And he obviously has some very loyal fans.

On both todays and yesterdays 'This Morning' programme they had a poll for the winner of IAC. Joe won by miles both times and will continue to do so! Yesterday he won by about 47% whilst most of them were getting 2 - 4%. Today he won by 50 odd %! GO JOE!

Just a small question. From watching Joe on IAC - is anyone here thinking of seeing Joe live on stage some time, who hasn't done already? :)

Sadly not Katie. I am quite sure that his show would irritate the heck out of me, his type of humour isn't really my thing I'm afraid. I'm more interested in Joe as a person, being himself and interacting with other people in the IAC situation. He seems a top bloke though :)

Yep - thats how i feel.

I think he is great doing 5 minute slots on variety / chat shows, but im not sure i could take an hour or so of him :ninja:

I might go to see him, if I was given a free ticket (cheapskate moi?) but I doubt I would pay to see him.....

Fair enough - everyone has different tastes and opinions on comedy. You all seem to like him which is what I wanted anyway.

If you guys do want to watch Joe on tv after IAC he will be on Today With Des and Mel Friday 10th Dec. & yep...I'll be there lol. As I've said I've already seen him in panto and he was excellent. So I would consider going to see a show, but it would have to be fairly local.

Waahey! Panto is absolutely fantastic. For both adults and kids wouldn't you agree Cat and Buzz. It's just 2 half hours of complete fun and laughter.

So if anyone is in Brum this Xmas go and see it! You'll love it - I garuntee it!

In fact Katie, you would have been very proud of Buzz. Our coach load was by the back door and he appeared. Buzz moved quicker than the speed of light to get out the coach, sending parents and children flying.

My 14 year old announced tonight that he had met Joe after a panto some years back. News to me - but when interrogated by me - the consensus was that he was a thoroughly good bloke - who spared loads of time to come and talk to the children [and their grandparents] after the show!! He also told me he had a foam fight with Bradley Walsh on the same night!!

Kids funny things eh?? This happened at least two years ago and this is the first I hear of it!!

I think joe is ace he's the only reason i'm watching iac i can't really stand reality tv. i laughed like mad when he & paul fell poor things : ) I met joe back in june at the theatre royal in lincoln & he is such a lovely guy he chatted with me & my dad for a while signed my tour programme & a photo & a photo 4 mum who couldn't make it to the show then me & dad went 2 chat 2 reynard & then just as we'd finished talking to reynard we were just leaving & joe came up to me & shook my hand put 1 arm round me & kissed me on the cheek! He is soo lovely & can't wait to see him tour again : ) :cool2:

I strongly agree that anyone who hasn't seen Joe live go! His act is brilliant! If you don't want to see him on stage live then buy his new DVD which was released this year 1st November! Wasn't Joe great tonight! Loved it when he was announcing the days objectives etc. Ha ha...the best team captain yet. Even Huggy was impressed with his approach. It was great - it's like being at school etc lol. Joe love ya! "If you wanna moan come to me and we can go to the hut lol" - "Janet scares me when she goes into 1" lol. He's fab!

My heart went out to Paul with the trial. A lot of people are calling him a wimp and saying negative things about him, but I really like him. Joe 2 win obviously then Fran or Paul to come second or third. Think they r great. That trial tho....looks ok for us - we can see what he's touchin. Imagine that in the dark. I think he did brilliantly. He was saying I can't go back with 2....he did well.

Blimey Nat & Soph went into 1 didn't they! I wanted to see that go to the hut with Joe joinin in and makin a lil joke etc lol.

I wanted Jim Or Nancy to do the trial....they are traitors at the mo. I loved Joe's speach....'we need to bring Vic to our level etc' lol. Ha ha

I am liking Joes new facial hair. Very vogue.

Id just like to say that I take everything back I said about Joe before he went into the jungle.

His voice isnt as annoying as I thought because its not quite as squeaky as thought it was going to be, but more importantly, he is a sensitive, affable, amusing, happy go lucky, pleasant and most of all, kind, chappie isnt he?

He doesnt have a huge ego and seems one of the most genuine people in there. He looked genuinely taken aback during Natalie's vile and unnecessary outburst with Sophie and was flummoxed because he didnt know how to make it right.

A thoroughly pleasant chap - and so sweet when he was discussing sarnies with Paul Burrell and fantasizing .... :laugh:

I thought Joe with the Emu's was lovely tonight. Enjoyed every moment.

He's losing his pounch, and I like the Clint Eastwood stylee facial hair.

Well, I'm a bit out of the loop so I didn't really know who this guy was until I tuned in, but I must say that he seems like a lovely fellow- the skit with the baby emus was too sweet.

I agree Joe's a nice guy, but call me cynical, I find it strange how we haven't really seen him have much airtime. Then we get to the part of the show when the public are voting to keep them in and we see Joe in a nice sketch taking the emu's for a walk.I wonder how many of the GB public thought "Ahhhhhh, lets keep him in"

Going by polls here and on tv Joe is top at the moment so he reall dosnt need any help. It was just a lovely sketch.

It's suprising how much new support he has had tho because of the lack of show time compared to the others.....

Last year the campers were really suprised when Mike Read was voted off first as they all thought he was hilarious, but he was never given any time...Jordans blummin jubblies took it all.

Joe has managed to thrive despite this.

I agree, the 'emu' thing was a little too cute. Joe does play up to the cameras as well, he is just very good at pretending not to.

Joe is really nothing special, all he has done is keep quiet and make quips every now and then. If everyone in the camp was like him, it would be complete snooze fest.

Joe has been great the last week the bit when he fell and the bit with the emu's i was just sitting there like awww bless, and i larfed my head off with that bit with natalie and he steps forward and says now now girls and nat goes just give me a second he steps back and says ok like a little school boy being told off so funny!

I saw him live in great yarmouth july this year and i was in the front row and he covered me with his loo roll gun thing,which made my night kept a bit as a suvonier, sad i know but i put it with all my video's dvd, flyers and lots of joe stuff!

I hope he wins im quite sure he will, watching all the text on itv2 and the papers the british public cant refuse him the crown!
