It has to be Sharon!

She rescued me you know - i used to get stoned out of me brains every day on drink and drugs, have sex with well anyone really!
Now i just stay at home with my lovely kids - i hate the bas*tards - but i love them really.
Sharon is always there, if i need her to carry me to the toilet - not like them dirty dogs that sh*t everywhere.
She's not after me for my money you know, no way - she makes loads going on x- factor and things.
She don't mind if i dribble at the dinner table, or sing war pigs without warning, and she's very patient with my impotency problems - them viagra tablets are brilliant you know - SHARON!! now babe they're kicking in!!

Well for me it's a combination of Sharon and Simon. Louis is just a joke to me ... I'm amazed that he is as successful as he is in the music industry, but what do I know I'm just a typist!

Louis totally pee'd me off when he put Chico through just to annoy Simon ... what a loser! (Louis that is). Ok it made "good" tv, but it really showed him up to be a prat ... but hey ho! that's Louis!

if he was a character in a sitcom about the music industry you wouldn't believe him!!!

Louis has however done good with G4.

Double platinum album; top 10 single; sell-out tour and numerous other appearances (live and on telly) and another album and tour planned for later this year. There's also a book coming out to hit the teen fan Christmas present list. And collaborations with Lesley Garrett, Robin Gibb and apparently Cliff Richard .

He does seem to know what he's doing, despite being a little prat.

I agree he does definitely seem to know what he's doing! And he gets so much of it right ... and yet....

He has Fee but I wonder if G4 would have done as well with any of the 3 judges, somehow I think they would.

It's Simon for me too. He just makes me laugh with his comments towards some hapless contestants, and his facial expressions are priceless at times.
And yes, he is quite good looking too.

I do like Sharon, got to give her some respect for her achievements in both her professional life and her health battles.

Louis is OK, I know he has years of experience etc, but he is not quite in Simon's league. :flex:

Louis is just riding G4's talent...they would be doing just as well if they were being managed by a moomin they have the talent and appeal!

Sharon is cool but it's Simon who rocks!

an imposseeeeeeblah question to answer ...

Sharon - is bluddy fabulous for her age [I care not that it was paid for] and funny and honest and sweet.

Louis - just a sweet little man who actually does know what he is on about and takes the mick out of Simon constantly without Simon even realising.

Simon - man breasts, arrogant, power crazy, dyed hair, honest and so so so so so utterly and completely f***ing sexy it is not true.

I don't like any of them. I've voted that they are all "cack".

Simon - his honesty is often funny and entertaning, but really its too darned brutal. There is such as thing as being "too honest" and on several occassions I've thought that his honesty borders on spite. Its like its not enough to kmerely reject someone....he has to crush them. Horrid.

Sharon - I do not like her at all. I can't put my finger on why though. She appears fake to me. And I don't mean the dyed hair and facelifted features - I'm talking about her personality. She appears to be sweet and caring etc. but there is a ruthless hardness to her which is very ugly. Remember her totally uncalled-for comments to Steve Brockstein last year? What a b!tch. And she's done nothing at all for the people she was "mentoring".

Louis - Much more credible than he appears on the show, but again, nasty little man. He knows his stuff though, and he knows what'll sell. And that's good-lookng youngsters, under 28 with decent vocal ability. And that is what he looks for. He doesn't even pretend to be interested in the 45 year old fat bird with a great voice, because he knows that no matter how well she sings her age and figure are not marketable in todays image-conscious society. If I was really forced into a choice, Louis would be my "favourite", but there is really very little that is actually likeable about him.

Did you mean this Flip or did you miss an 'un' somewhere... :naughty:

All three judges have admitted that their egos got out of control last year and the venom being spat between them was something to be ashambed of at times so hopefully this year they will all act a little more mature. :smartie:

Yeah, but I doubt they actually will behave any differently. The bickering between them was one of the best features of the last series....

I voted Simon, like Dol I was really irritated by Louis putting Chico through as it uses up a space that could have been given to someone who has even a modicom of talent.

Agreed. When I see Sharon, I can't figure out who I want to kill first - me or her. Insufferable two-faced woman.

Simon Cowell is just a persona-monger. He has his persona and he sticks to it. I doubt that he believes more than half of what he says. But at least he does point out how truly awful some of the would-be contestants are.

Louis? Oh my GOODNESS what an incredibly wishy-washy subtly devious scrote.

And these three are highly "successful". Now I know what I'm doing wrong.

I'm off to stab a few backs on live TV. Any volunteers?

I voted Louis - not because I like him but because I like the entertainment he brings to the show when he goes against Simon.
Simon has a far too high opinion of himself already and Sharon and I just can't stand.
Louis - best of a bad bunch.

Sharon is v fake and so ott, Louis is a toad who would step over his mother to land his band a record contract and Simon.....well ya gotta say he does what he does very well and i think he's handsome so simon for me!!!

PJ

I voted Simon because of his sheer honesty. I hate it when people come out and say things like "Simon doesn't know what he's talking about" if he tells them something they don't want to hear - umm, I think he does know what he's talking about! How much is he worth???

I do like Sharon (think I'm developing a sort of older-woman-thing towards her actually but that's another story) but sometimes I think she's too nice to the contestants. take a leaf out of Simon's book love. Just slag them off!

And Louis just isn't fit for my comments, quite frankly.

Coastie
23-08-2005, 06:57 PM
I have a feeling that Louis unpopularity is one of the reasons why he was allowed to take on G4, the most likely to do well without to much assistance! They did as well as they did based on their own talent alone...it has to be said Steve and Tabby did well simply because people were as much fans as theirs as they were Sharon and Simon!

I voted for Sharon because I like her........dunno why, I just do. That said, I quite often thought she was a loud mouthed, arrogant fishwife when I watched their TV series but despite this, I like her.

But then there is Simon. I don't know what that man has got but he has got it by the bucketful. & I bet he smells good too........sigh...........melt

lol Kina! pity that poor scorpion eh!!

Actually when Sharon's not putting on her stupid voice or carrying that bloody dog around and she is being normal (well normal for her) i quite like her and I think she has a fabulous look about her, I love her hair and make up and dress style. But I'm not sure she is my favourite judge, cos Simon just overshadows everyone and not cos he's sexy but cos he is so forthright and has a certain amount of no-nonsense, no-frills about him and I like that in a person.

I still haven't voted though cos I'm obviously taking it all way too seriously and don't want to waste my vote!

Patsy

I voted Simon too, purely because of his brutal honesty and acid sarcasm, although I would hate to be on the receiving end. I'm sure he's more subtle in real life. As for being sexy - perleeeeeeeeeeease! My kettle has more sex appeal.

Sharon "The Puppet" Osbourne irritates me, but I think she's a good judge. I think she's a very emotional person and cries at the drop of a hat, but that's not a bad thing. I'd cry if I was married to Ozzy. Louis is an insipid pillock on the face of it, but must have something to be as successful as he is. He really wound me up last night when he voted no for those hispanic guys who got through to the last 5 last year. It was like he knew he ****ed up, but didn't want to admit it. Ar$e.

I loved Simon last night with that guy in the white suit in Newcastle who confronted him outside the audition room and wouldn't let him go to the loo. His one line answers were classic.

I think they're a better combination that the Pop Idol lot!

I always liked "nasty nigel" from the Pop Stars days! (wasn't he also involved in Survivor). I would like to see the combination of him and Simon, but also keep in Louis and Sharon.

yeh, fee, the pop idol ones ...didn't they include Geri Halliwell and Dr Fox? awful!

A 'Friend of Dorothy' is a euphemism for a gay man.

I didn't know that either. I thought it was a reference to The Wizard of Oz

I think the combination of Simon, Sharon and Louis works well. I like the way they spark off each other even if half the time it looks and probably is well rehearsed.
