One of the smoke alarms in the building is faulty and has decided to go off every 5-30mins - I have been up and down stairs 12 times in 1hr 30mins!

A good stress relieving exercise is to stop and feel all the frustration and annoyance, notice it in your body eg shoulders, head, tight/tense muscles,...take a deep breath, hold to the count of 4 and slowly release. And repeat. It works especially after the 13th trip up and down the stairs!
