Is the reason for Fran/Nancy or Anderton because celebs who are celebs through some talent that entertains do not want to do it and so they have to go for celeb by association or just looks or some other reason?

It's a good question and my guess is that the main factor is money, that is, who they can get for a certain price. Anyone with a living-breathing-paying-the-bills type career isn't interested because they need neither the money nor the exposure whereas these 'celeb's by association' do.

Edit: That said, I think this year's criteria could have been 'Anyone with an annoying voice or accent' :wink2:
