After watching loads of trailers that made me howl I finally watched a complete episode this morning - taped from wednesday night which was the first of a new series.

And I loved it...

Austrailians are bonkers arn't they.

I watched this for the first time on the plane going to Oz - and it was very funny indeed!

It is a funny show but I sometimes hate it how it portrays Australia. We aren't all like that, just the country, farmer ones. It's bad enough on The Simpsons (god bless The Simpsons!) let alone our own people bagging themselves!

I watched it once but only because someone started calling me Kath (or is it Kim) because I've got blonde curly hair. I was most insulted.

I don't know which is which to be honest! May I ask why you felt insulted?

Kath is the mum - with short blonde curly hair - I would have been insulted too Max, you look nothing like her and I would have punched their lights out. They obviously just don't like you.

Now after a few episodes I can say that I am well a truly their number one fan - its a stonking show, they are very, very clever and oh so funny. One of the best on the box in my eyes.

I also am finding the accent very addictive too.
