I dont tend to buy clothes from the catalogue, although i buy furniture / bedding etc ...

I think im a weird shape as i never manage to get trousers that fit properly, and end up trying on about 20 pairs in loads of shops before i find any. So i cant trust a catalogue.

I would buy jumpers / T-shirts though i suppose as im quite standard 'up top'

You make your children larf. Whilst Sam's (11) back was turned just now feeding the dog I cut out a perfect circle from the middle of his toast. By the time he sat back down I was upstairs.

"MUM, MUM....did you take a peice of my toast?"
"NO"
"There's a big hole in my toast"
"Oh"
"How did it get there?"
"I don't know"

He then brings the peice of toast up to show me...

"Look, a big hole"
"Oh..so there is"

he then smells my breadth (toast had marmite in it - dead give away unfortuantely).

We then larfed together.

A nice start to the day.

Also - i was going to be working between Xmas and New Year, but then i found out that every other person in the office was on holiday. So i trotted off to my manager (who is the CFO) and said that i didnt think it fair that i would have to sit in the office, all on my tod with noone calling (as the phone never rings, and especially not over Xmas) so he said to keep it quiet, but that i could stay at home, and just transfer the calls to my mobile

Scooby has ventured into this thread to announce that today, he discovered that he has an interview for Oxford. Hooray!

This is all well and good, but I have yet to read one of the books I put down on my reading list. Oh dear. The book is The Drowned & the Saved by Primo Levi - do send me a message if you happen to know a lot about it, or have even just read it, which would be one step further than me.

Hopefully i will be back soon though.

Hi Bonnie - you are sorely missed. Hope everthing's going ok with you.

Ta chucky egg :cool2: Everythings ok. I 'did' get myself a job in a florist ..... but packed it in after 3 days  I couldnt stand the manager there, so im back to square one, although not panicking quite yet.

The house is lovely, and the views even lovelier so i couldnt be happier if i tried.

Mr.B has ordered broadband for home, but BT are taking forever to sort it out and get the modem to us .... so gowd knows when i will be able to chat with you all day long

Be afraid, be very afraid .... Bonnie is coming back soon

Hope you are tickety Boo Max ... and good luck with the job, which i 'think' - from the small amount i have read, that you are starting shortly. All my bits and bobs are crossed for you.

Biggest ever snogs. Bonnie x
