Taffy 21-11-2005, 09:22 AM I have just heard on the ITV news channel that unlike previous years there is no celeb on standby this year.
So that’s down to 9 if Elaine does not come back.
However I did hear last week that they may be planning a celeb addition a few days in to the week, just like they did with Vic the other year.
Cannon & Ball were mentioned because their diaries still remained empty after the line up was announced ????????

Agreed Rob! He gives me the severe creeps.
Flippy, I am sure that Ant & Dec confirmed that there was to be no stand-by celebs on Sunday night but I suppose in this game, the rules can be changed!
God help us if she does go in though! The jungle animals will move out!

Well..... she has done everything else !!!! why not. And if she can get that much mileage from her last reality show, lord knows what she will get from this one

If that's the case, that won't leave any 'celeb' we've ever heard of!
The person mentioned in white and her hubby (if he's still that) are leading the pack of 'celebs' who appear on as many reality tv and quiz progs as possible. Look at a typical 'celebrity' weakest link to get an idea. There seems to be a growing group of has-beens and didn't-quite-make-its, or desperate-for-a recording deal types who'll do virtually anything to get their faces on the box. Typically this includes anyone who was in All Saints, anyone who was in Bucks Fizz, Tony Hadley, Cheryl Baker, that woman who was once a page 3 model, Big Brother losers, Mo, the driving school woman and the loud mouthed sponger from Wife Swap.

They then dissapeared and reappeared in a dodgy double glazing advert. They looked sooooo old, and still did the same old jokes which arent funny anymore.
I love Cheggers though ... i think he would be good as he isnt jovial and manic all the time - just most of it :ninja:

I just picked that up on GMTV, Cat. Did they mention who it was going to be? I'll guess I'll just have to stay tuned and hear what Jenny "broad shoulders" Falconer has to say about it!
The show is maybe extended tonight because they are putting the new "celebs" into the jungle! :w00t:
