I have to say I usually go three times a day, sometimes twice within the first hour and then usually again at lunch time ... but it wouldn't be "unnatural" for me to go a fourth time in the evening either!

So I was surprised to hear Dec say that four times a day was "un-natural"!!!! I just think me and Sid have very active and efficient bowels!

I go once a day.
If I were on beans and rice every day though - I probably wouldnt go for a week, until forced to do a bush tucker trial involving spiders - then, no problem, it would be brown trouser time. :wacko:

I pooh twice a day. A coffee and a ciggy gets my bowels moving in the morning and then i usually pooh sometime after dinner if you must know.

Sometimes when i am on a tight budget i like to pick the sweetcorn out of my pooh, fry them up and serve it to my guests at holiday time.
I call them corn pooh fritters. Its a very economical and a tasty treat that can be recycled over and over again.
