"Zany comic Vic Reeves has unexpectedly joined I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! as the show's shock 11th contestant.

He is believed to have joined wife Nancy Sorrell on Wednesday morning (GMT) in a new move by show chiefs.


A spokesman for the show said: "I can confirm that Vic Reeves is in the jungle."

hey, no worries! :) I'm not sure whether it could be called a spoiler anymore. There has been so much news coverage.

I met Vic once... he was a miserable sod.

I think its a bit unfair to have a 'couple' in the jungle but we'll just have to see what happens.

I find Vic Reeves really annoying, but i also used to think Joe was really annoying but now i love him!! When he got snared by the net last night, me and my flatmate nearly wet ourselves laughing :ohmy: :ohmy: :ohmy: :ohmy: :ohmy:

And when he was sliding down that hill with Paul Burrell, soooo funny!!

I wouldn't be surprised either as the presenter on our local radio's breakfast show, said this morning that someone she knows that is working on IAC told her there were going to be 2 people going into the jungle. She didn't know who they were tho, well unless she wasn't telling!

I've just read they may be sending Brians girlfriend Emma B!! He looks like he needs some support at the moment so it does makes sense............does it???

I really don't want Vic to go in there. It's entertainng enough without sending some1 else in there. He's gonna be in a really good mood and full stomach etc. I just hope they make him jump out of a plane 2! - I mean I know they wont...but I want them 2 do something coz he's gettin the easy ride.

I'm just liking him more and more - caught a bit of ITV2 Celeb this afternoon and he was volunteering to do the "toilet bucket emptying" again, even though he did it last time. What a gent. He kept saying "I don't mind doing it again but it needs two" and I didn't see a big rush to help.

Unlike Sheila - "excuse me, we need water, has anyone done the water, the water needs doing, blah blah ...." She keeps saying "I would do it but I can't carry it"!! The hell she would.

Can't wait to see tonight's show.

I can't get any sound on them....speakers working ok etc....any suggestions??

Also today when watchin it...Sheila interrupted Joe's convo with Brian for water and Joe said he'll do it. He's just 2 good to be true! I do like Sheila and I don't. She can be really bosy and have a laugh with everyone....but she doesn't do much herself!

Cat not sure about the sound. I know when I first watched it the sound was delayed. The second time I watched it, it was fine. it takes a while to load on some computers....good luck!

Emma B (Brian's girlfriend) flew out to Oz this morning.

Also if you look at the ITV website there is a convenient space for 2 more photos.

and I've left a space on my pages for 2 more celeb photos as well. :)

Firstly I think my speakers are pooped...falling off top shelf didn't help.

Secondly. Not to happy about these extra people going into the jungle. I just sends everything off balance...they are fresher, cleaner and fuller then the others so are at an advantage/disadvantage depending on how you view it. Also the fact they are partners of people there makes it worse....

I was only talking this morning with someone saying the reason this show is such a continually growing success is that they havn't messed with the formula. Now they have and I am very dubious.

I really hope I am proved wrong..... :sad:

I think that rumour just started when all the celebs in the jungle were debating on who was coming in. They said it could be a couple and they mentioned Torvill and Dean and then one of them mentioned about maybe it could be Richard and Judy. Somehow I doubt it.

Don't like this new change to the rules at all. And if I was in that jungle I think Id be slightly peeved with Nancy as well, knowing that she knew all along.
