Tell me about it Taffy! I had to phone one of those Government departments and was left hanging on for ages - I tried in vain to email them but was totally confused by their website! I ended up resorting by writing to them and I am still awaiting a reply!

Why is it though that when people call directory enquiries and ask for our number they get given mine and not the one stop shop...oh the random calls we get from people all over the country is so annoying...so we just give them the 0870 number..t-he!
