Bye Bye Y'all.
Heading away from work in a few minutes....I may be some time.
Back on the 9th of January.
So hope you all have a lovely festive season.
Hope it's filled with plenty of good times and craic, what ever you get up to.
I'm gonna be spending Christmas with the clan, then hoping to go away for a few days around New Year.
(Currently looking at flights to Edinburgh/Glasgow for ONE euro!!!)
In the meantime, slán agus beannachtai na feile Nollaig.
Happy Christmas.
AD.

Hello aondeag,

Hoping you have a wonderful time at christmas and that you manage to get the flights you want for Edinburgh. News Year eve in Edinburgh is absolutely stunning. The ensuing Hogmanay a truly jovial time for everyone.

In Newcastle at the moment we have had a winter festival, which has involved pyrotechnic displays,(Fireworks) some open air live concerts and the best thing of all has been the continental market stalls all around the monument metro at the top of Grey street and around to the top of Grainger street. These lovely decorative stalls have added to the splendour of our majestic Victorian and Georgian streets the flavours, smells and tastes of the continent. Lovely. The hours the markets have opened from is around 10am till 10 pm everyday. Fantastic.

Nice to see your native tongue in use. Hoping you and yours enjoy yourselves.

PS Don't forget you'll still need your winter woolies.
