I am sure it looks lovely Bob can we have a pic with the lights on though as its a bit too dark to see.

I saw Crits spendid cream and gold one today and although I am not a fan of themed trees it looked really nice.

This is my tree it has all sorts of things that I have had over the years. Decorations that my kids and then my grandkids have made or chosen. The fairy was a plastic doll that I dressed in a bit of net curtain the first christmas spent with my husband 35 years ago, I can't bring myself to use another one.

I know a messy over decorated tree is not everyones ideal but it is mine and I love it they are memories that only come out once a year.

Here's our tree. BTW it's my photo taking that's lopsided, not my room. :D

We don't have a themed tree, it's just decorations that we have bought over the years that we have all liked and the kids have their own special ones.

Thanks Maz, it would seem we share similar ideas about what a Christmas tree should be for us. Sentimental old lot ain't we?

Fee For All

I've broken with tradition and gone artificial and minimal this year...

It's certainly that Fee - I like it. :)

I put a pic of mine on another Group and Mazz said it didn't do it justice - have to agree that it doesn't show up well in the pic but I was pleased with it in real life.

The pressies have grown a bit too as you can see on the Christmas Day thread :)

Both are lovely! Fee, I friend of mine has one of those 'minimalist' type trees and I was so thinking I'd gotten hubby talked into one as our tree of a past many years was oh so not going up this year, but he let Spencer pick it out and it's not exactly what I wanted but it's for the kids so I will relent!
