I like her - I think she's fun. She's got the hang of the secret mission in that she's not saying anything unless asked and not trying to expand on the lie and thus get herself into hot water. None of the 'celebs' know who all the others are and most of them only know two or three at the most, so it should be an easy task.

I think the idea of introducing a "normal" to the CBB house wasn't such a bad one - i think the idea of introducing "shan't-tell" was a bad one.
I think it's shameful of the CBB producers to use this seemingly innocent, and quite lovely, albeit ultra-dim person as their toy. I'm feeling so sorry for her as it is glaringly obvious what the other "famous" housemates are thinking of her, yet are all too polite and tactful to have her hear exactly what that is - the looks they cast in her direction speak volumes. It is understood that after finally leaving the Big Brother compound last night following her interview, her mother allowed her to do the honours of driving the short journey back to Essex.

Latest confirmed sightings of the pair were firstly by a Heavy Goods driver at 06:37 this morning who noticed them in a lay-by on the outskirts of Skelmersdale, another reported sighting at 07:04, this time by a roadside vendor who instantly recognized the now famous blonde locks - this was in Chester on an industrial estate. A third sighting - 09:12 was reported by a postman in Stoke-on-Trent, but this is yet to be confirmed.

If anyone has any latest information regarding the whereabouts of the Houghtons or happens to come across the two ladies, it is of paramount importance that the following message be relayed to them:

I've calmed down a little now. I'm almost over the initial disillusionment and it's just a matter of coming to terms with it i suppose...

I've realized that before CBB4 even started, had i bumped into either of Preston, Maggot, or Traci Bingham, then i would have had no soddin' idea who the hell they were anyway. If i had stumbled into Rula Lenska, i might have thought "hmm, she looks slightly familiar", though i wouldn't have been able to put a name to the face. Dennis Rodman - well, i knew of him and his stardom and notoriety but still, upon seeing him i would have just thought "Christ, he's tall!". He'd have most likely been wearing his shades and no, i'm not so sure i'd have made the recognition and remarked "wow!, Dennis flippin' Rodman!".

Jodie Marsh - I'd have probably recognized her but like most other people who spot her, it would have been a case of my thinking "ohhhh, there's that slapper from the papers!". Actually to be honest, similar to Rula, I don't think i'd have been able to put a name to the face. Only if someone said to me "see her over there?..who would you say that is, Jodie Kidd or Jodie Marsh?" - well, only then would i have been able to say for certain.

Pete Burns - he's another. Even if someone casually asked me "do you remember that song from the 80's - Dead or Alive?.....what was the name of the group?", i'd have struggled for a wee while with that, let alone who the was the band's vocals.

That leaves George Galloway, Michael Barrymore, and Faria Alam - well, Faria Alam, as far as i'm concerned had equal status to Chantelle - only difference is that Chants has not had the opportunity to sh*g an England boss.....yet.

So, the only celebrities i would have recognized are George Galloway and Michael Barrymore.

When i consider all of that, i suppose i can forgive Chantelle and the anonymity that catapulted her to stardom - just!

Still, i can't help thinking that if Mr Savile had the stamina to remain inside the house for the duration, that he would have pipped Chantelle to the post and walked out as winner.

May I also add to the "OH MY GOD!!!!!" record breakers - one Sheree Murphy who occasionally broke the mold by saying "I SWEAR TO GOD", but who managed to repeat said phrases ad nauseam whenever the cameras were on her (ie all the bloody time as she was perma grinning into them 24/7), on the Im a Celebrity programme in November.

Chantelle went on the german Big Brother for a day or so, she was sposed to convince their housemates she was paris hilton, but blew it on entrance by announcing "Hi, Im Chantelle".

by announcing "Hi, Im Chantelle".

That's a bit of a giveaway then. I saw Paris Hilton modelling on the catwalk on the TV the other day and she really does look like Chantalle or does Chantalle look like her, whatever!
