who came off the worst do you think?

Jodie for crying to the camera?

Michael for being aggressive and overbearing towards Jodie everytime she spoke and then strangely demure and silent when Pete was "bigging up Barrymore" saying how grounded he was ...

or Pete for saying that Michael was grounded?!?!

it's a toughie!

I thought the two of them were trying to give her some advice - and she was ignoring it!

All equally detestable..but oh my didn't they have her sussed, with the comment about there being a cross on the worktop so she would know where to sit for the camera....

I know ... cos it never crossed Barrymore's mind that sitting in the diary chair doing the nomination wasn't a platform for his mad, bad, pathetic sympathy rant!

Although I felt Barrymore's excuse for starting on Jodie Marsh was petty, she was shown, in the end to be manipulative.

The part where she mentioned "and twenny minnits fore I come in the ahhhhse, they tell me, me dads so ill, he cant come and see me offfff....." (snivel), was priceless and showed her up to be incredibly manipulative.

Pete absolutely wiped the floor with her at that point and quite rightly.

Barrymore was the one who brought this up, I think he's sussed out where all the best camera shots are already, and he was miffed that Jody had taken the best one that night:laugh:

I kept wanting to punch both Jody and Barrymore's face in.
Jody just for being herself, someone who comes out with statements, then can't back up her arguments when challenged, and then gets all upset and says people are bullying.
But Barrymore for not letting her talk. He just kept on and on at her, without letting her get a word in edgeways.
He kept saying "listen, for once in your life listen" At that moment all she could do was listen to Barrymore yapping on, the entertainer who reckons he knows how to behave in the celebrity world.

One thing that annoys the crap out of me is that if anyone picks up Jodie on anything and she feels she is about to lose face, she accuses them of bullying.

So so annoying.

Hmmm. This was an interesting scene, wasn't it?

At first I thought Jodie was coming across well with what she was saying eg. she would keep out of Pete's way after he said she was "lowest of the low"; she didn't think Michael should be placed no 1 in the fame line-up as she thought there'd be a twist etc.
I thought Barrymore was being unecessarily aggressive to her here and acting like a complete prick. He seems to know that Jodie is not percieved well outside the house so he probably thinks that by challenging her, he will earn himself brownie points from the viewers. Imo, he was being way too hard on her here.
Then Jodie blew it with her "My dad was too ill to come" story and her whole argument fell apart at the seams. She was doing so well defending herself, the silly tart.

So, if you ask me, Pete came out of it the best.

None of them came out well. Barrymore was being a bully. Jodie was seeking sympathy again and Pete just seems to revel in watching someone get bullied.

I totally agree with this. Jodie's comment about her dad is rubbish - or at least if he was ill it was with a cold or something as the next day he was sat on the GMTV sofa

I did think Micheal was extremelly pushy, and i hated the way he leaned into her when shouting / talking. He was invading her personal space and being very agressive. If I were Jodie (god help me) i think i would of felt a little threatened by his behaviour.

And AS IF Micheal Barrymore is 'grounded'. I have never seen anyone so off the planet before in my life.

As PJ said, Pete came off the best.

Let's be honest though, he wouldn't be the first one :bag:

I caught this last night and have to say the ones who annoyed me the most was Barrymore and Jodie - I thought Pete was just honest, brutally honest but honest! When Jodie snivelled about her dad being unwell he quite rightly said "oh no, here we go". Michael Barrymore was just a pr*ck, who is he to tell anyone to listen to advice when he clearly hasn't, I think he fancies his chances with Pete and is trying to play the big man to get himself noticed!

Saw a clip on Richard & Judy today whee Gorgeous George is having a go at Jodie because he claims that she has recruited Chantelle as her accomplaice and they have ganged up on Michael Barrymore and made a 55 year old man cry!

I can''t Jodie Marsh but she gets a hard time for crying all the time but when Barrymore turns on his pathetic tears it is quite a different story.

There appears to be a lot of manipulative bullying going on and it's not nice. I honestly hope that the GBP do not fall for Michael Barrymore's crocodile tears and make him win, that would be a terrible injustice!:wallbash:

I think Jodie came off best, because she is going to have a lot of sympathy in the voting, Pete and Barrymore just showed what immature nasty old men they really are.
